普茨茅斯萬怡酒店(Courtyard Portsmouth)

A horrible stay wouldn’t recommend something very outdated, dirty, or loud—just an overall terrible stay. We woke up to the fire alarm going off in our room early in the morning. We tried buzzing the front office multiple times with zero answers to see if it was an emergency since no one was running out of the building or rooms. It turns out it’s a dirty, outdated smoke detector, and it’s “normal” to go off on and on. I would like a refund for the disappointing hotel experience of being woken up in fear.

I had a great stay here while up in NH for a quick business trip. It was easily accessed right off the interstate. It was a very clean, well-kept hotel. My room was spacious and comfortable. The fitness center was one of the best most up-to-date ones I've gotten to use in recent memory. I would certainly stay again.

The check-in was smooth and erlcoming. This particular property is renovated and beautiful! The rooms are prrfect decor and comfort. Our stay here was one to make us Courtyard converts. Ee will be looking to book at Courtyards grom now on. Sunday and Monday prices are eell worth it, too!

I will stay again. Rooms were nice, clean. Staff were friendly. One thing if I stay again is for a room in the back of the building because the highway that the hotel is next to can be a bit loud. No real complaints over all a great stay

We stayed overnight for a wedding nearby. The wedding was early in the afternoon and the front desk staff was excellent and very accommodating getting us an early check- in. The room was spacious and clean. Starbucks coffee available on first floor. Overall excellent stay.

The TV was on volume of 40 and it still did not drown out the sound of traffic. Walls and windows are paper thin. Although I asked for a room far away from the highway, I was placed literally right next to it. Wrong choice for a light sleeper.

This is an older property that has generally been kept up. However we had two issue. There was an odd musty smell near the door. It was not so objectionable that we wanted to move (it was a 1 night stay) but the hotel need to deep clean the carpet in 433. The second issue can't be correct. When they build this hotel they use those big under-window air conditioners, you know they type ... big an noisy. At some point they put a fancy wall control unit and disabled the controls on the unit itself. That meant that we could not find way to turn on the fan so it blew right on us full blast all night. Overall, just an OK stay.

Once again no type of room service. Had to get extra towels from front desk. Would expect from a Marriott hotel you would at least have little maid service. , that would change towels and make the bed daily. Expectations for the nightly price should be better. COVID is over.

The hotel was fine. Clean room and free parking. Unfortunately, you have to pay for coffee in the mornings. They have a little restaurant and starbucks, but having to pay for coffee was a real turn off.
