塔拉莫宮酒店(Palazzo Talamo)

No privacy with adjoining rooms particularly in the balcony you could see each other all the time couple of feet away , view was lovely, breakfast was unappetising, very small portion, chose to cancel and ate elsewhere, would have been nice to have a drink in their terrace cafe as on their website overlooking bay but this was not open, very disappointing never told us why. Very clean. Unfortunately would not stay here again.

Excelente estadia, hotel muito bem localizado, atendimento de primeira, café da manhã delicioso e o que mais chamou atenção foi a limpeza impecável, além da vista maravilhosa, recomendo.

My son tested positive for COVID the day when we supposed to check into Palazzo. I informed the administrators that I couldn’t check in not only because he was contaminated, but specially because he was burning in fever. They didn’t care and charged me the whole price of my booking even though I’ve never step my foot into the property. One administrator of the hotel called me at about 11PM, the day when I supposed to check in, and that whole day I was trying to find out how to treat my son in a foreign country, where I don’t speak the language and pretty much nobody speaks English. My son has special needs and also has epilepsy. He had three seizures in a intervale of 6 hours. When the female administrator called me I couldn’t understand her strong accent trying to speak English. I didn’t even recognize where she was calling from. At the end of that night when my son finally was able to fall sleep, I sent her an email explaining why I would not be able to check in: not only because my son had COVID, and we didn’t want to contaminated anybody, but because my son was not physically able to go to the hotel. I sent her the COVID test result. The employee was rude and said that I’d be charged full price and that they don’t have a policy to cancel booking because of COVID. She said that she sent many emails to me. I NEVER received them!!! I was charged more than €700 for a product that I never used! BE CAREFUL WITH THIS PLACE!!!!

É um hotel com uma vista linda do mar, acredito que todos os quArtos sejam com vista para o mãe. O funcionário Lorenzo foi bastante atencioso. O café da manhã é servido no quarto, o que já torna muito romântica a estadia.

Havde to overnatninger på hotellet på vores rejse ad Amalfikysten. Lækkert hotel med fantastisk beliggenhed og udsigt fra balkon. Eneste minus er at der er meget meget lydt.

Hôtel très bien placé à Positano, la terrasse offrait une vue superbe sur la mer et le village de Positano. Gros bémol pour le petit-déjeuner, pas à la hauteur de nos attentes. Aussi, impossibilité à la réception de le dernier jour de conserver les bagages après le check-out à 10h. Nous avons dû payer 30 euros de service pour cela.

Hyggelig hotell med flott beliggenhet!

We had a lovely vacation at Palazzo Talamo! Our room felt very spacious and had an amazing view of the water that was such a joy to wake up to every morning. The location cannot be beat either- we loved that it was super close to fun restaurants and right next to the stairs leading down to the water. The staff was excellent and helped us on many occasions to plan outings and schedule taxis and recommend restaurants. They also provide beach towels for use at the beach clubs which I found to be very helpful! We also loved the morning breakfast in the room and we were happy that we could pick what time it would be delivered. We would DEFINITELY stay here again!!!

The rooms are lovely-spacious, clean, and bright. The view from the balcony was spectacular. Breakfast was brought to our balcony to be eaten each morning-delightful! Purr only concern was that the old fashioned key to our room was difficult to use, and that seemed like a fire hazard.
