SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Post Falls

We drove from OR to this ID hotel. Part of the party was bringing me cash for their share. So I brought all cash to pay, along with my debit card for the file as collateral. They would not take cash at check in, and we had no bank of ours near us to redeposit the money into. They ended holding the money from our account causing overdrafts to our account. I have never had a hotel not take cash at check in with a card on file for possible damages. Then I asked about housekeeping policy while we were staying in the room. They said they would come in and leave fresh towels and change bedding. I asked for extra towels due to 6 people in our room. Got back from a 10+ hours at a theme park to find they never came in. We had no clean towels or wash clothes for that night showers. I personally will not stay there again due to the overdrafts on my account because they would not take cash at check in. People who save for their vacation don’t aways have extra money for the hotels to hold the money from their bank while they have the cash on hand and if out of state not always a bank near by.

Others may have had great rooms. They were available, just not to us via this ******* booking. We had the older rooms reached only by stairs, having lots of luggage. The room had cracks in the wall, one light out, and was clearly less maintained. Hence: poor.

First thing was the shower curtain. It looked like it had never been washed. The whole bottom was yellow. The faucet was loose, ready to fall apart. There was no maid services during our stay. The beds were extremely hard. The refrigerator was nice and cold though.

I was looking for a price friendly motel that was safe and not far from the hospital where my husband was having surgery. I would stay there again.

Convenient location but the property, especially our room is in need of some major cleaning and upgrading. The carpet was dirty and stained and over all stinky.

I was in the area because my partner was in an inpatient rehabilitation center for Physical Therapy. I am familiar with the area however I was not prepared for the industrial area next to the freeway. It was rundown and the outside was dark I cancelled 2 of my nights but had to pay for the first night. The room wasn’t clean. The mattress was stained. I left knowing I would still need to pay The receptionist was friendly. I would never recommend or stay here

There was a hole in the sheets. The heater didn't work well and made a loud clicking noise all night long that kept waking me up. The shower also didn't drain well. I looked for a hotel that had better reviews and paid a little more to ensure it was good. I got ripped off. Look elsewhere.

There is nothing i disliked. This is not a very walkable location. It is wonderfully to burn and turn or even a way to save a bit of money with the fam as"there is no place to go." ;o) Town is a few exits up if the need be. You do have the basic fast food for breakfast and a great mecican restaurant for lunch/dinner. Room is large ,well kept, property and staff 5 ✨️. Pool is a great inside treat. I am smelling breakfast cooking right now...and, i am getting a little excited for this great spread.
