巴伊亞埃斯梅拉達酒店(Hotel Bahia Esmeralda)

Tranquilidad total, cuartos muy comodos, desayuno excelente, cafe super , cerca de la playa caminando , piscina buena y area de parqueo seguro , personal muy serviciales, no tiene Restaurant pero hay varios restaurants en la zona Regresaremos proxima vacacion

Très belle chambre, cuisine très bien équipée et spacieuse, Accueil tip top comme le personnel du petit déjeuner, belle piscine, joli jardin... Comme nous étions en basse saison pas de restauration mais plein de soda/restaurants à proximité. Tout est bien conçue avec à l'arrière du bungalow bac pour laver son linge, robinet pour les chaussures, étendoir... Bref un des hôtels les mieux conçus du Costa Rica. Nous avons regretté de n'être pas restés 3 nuits.

Lugar cómodo, limpio, calmado, acogedor y con muy buena atención al cliente. Les aseguro que se siente uno especial, tenido en cuenta por cada persona que trabaja ahi. Hermosos jardines, deliciosa piscina y apartamentos y alcobas claras y frescas.

Apesar da gentileza do gerente Alberto não foi boa nossa estadia, Primeiro por que deixei de ler um comentário aqui no Trip de outro viajante de nunca escolher o quatro 3 . E foi la que nos alojaram. Um caos. Nossa cama fica a no máximo 10 metros do entroncamento da estrada por onde passam centenas de caminhões a partir das cinco da manha. Não tem cofre, armário, cabides, chuveirinho, geladeira talvez por não caberem nesse quarto mínimo. O café da manha vem num prato feito e se quer repetir qualquer coisa tem que se pagar extra. A praia fica próxima, a garagem é grátis e ha restaurantes próximos de carro. Vimos outros quartos mais para dentro dos jardins que devem ser bem melhores e me pergunto por que nos deram o quarto 3, uma desgraça.

Ocupaba un lugar para pasar la noche y este lugar funciona bien para eso

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Hotel Bahia Esmeralda. It was quiet and peaceful. The room was big and the kitchen was nicely stocked. I thought the breakfast was good and we ate breakfast every morning while staying there. We walked to a nearby beach, Playa Penca, and spent the day there. It took about 10 minutes to walk to this beach. I would stay here again.

I normally don’t write negative reviews but … you couldn’t pay me to stay at Bahia Esmeralda ever again. Should be called Bahia Pura Hormigas. Property looks nice in the pictures but unfortunately we couldn’t wait to leave this place. Terrible customer service. Terrible breakfast. Terrible insect problem. Terrible beds. Needs a lot of maintenance. Our room was full of bugs; particularly a ridiculous amount of large ants to the point where we didn’t feel comfortable sleeping under the covers or leaving our clothes out of our suitcases. And the beds were very uncomfortable and mattress was super thin. I could’ve dealt with the insects if the rest was good but it wasn’t. My family is from CR so I get that it’s a rainforest and can deal with some critters, but it was that bad. On top of it all the management was incredibly rude to my family, including my senior mom and gave us a hard time for the silliest things. We even got scolded for having my brother drop us off and assist my mom to the room while we carried stuff. And, after commenting on the treatment received, we were approached and confronted by staff. Super unprofessional and uncomfortable. The only positive was outside the rooms where the pool is is nice but we didn’t even use the pool during our 3 night stay because we avoided the hotel as much as possible. Do yourself a favor and pay a little extra to stay elsewhere.
