I’m going to try and be as fair as possible with my review after the way a complaint was handled whilst staying at this property. I’ll start from the beginning!
I saw the property online and loved the pictures and the location, so I booked for 2 nights.
I received my email at bang on check in time the day of check in and found the property easily. The instructions to get my key were clear, simple and very easy to follow and I was inside in no time at all. The first impression is elegance and class. The lobby area, albeit it “personless”, is very nicely decorated and the communal hallways are delightful. Extremely well presented. The hotel is moments walk from the main market square of Poznań and very centrally located. This was really useful to me being a tourist.
I was given a room on the second floor, room 203. The room in all honesty was somewhat underwhelming, given the pictures that are shown online, they’re clearly very professionally done. I was expecting more of an apar**ent style place, though it was just a bog standard hotel room. Nevertheless it was clean and bright. The bathroom was very small, but again clean and functional. Toiletries and towels were provided as were a hair dryer and tea and coffee making facilities.
