Pessima gestione. Avevo dimenticato un indumento in camera la sera stessa del check out ho chiamato per informarli ma chi si occupava della pulizia delle camere lo aveva buttato. La direzione non si è nemmeno scusata dell’accaduto anzi in modo arrogante e prepotente ha declinato ogni responsabilità. Consiglio di stare attenti a non lasciare niente di personale soprattutto indumenti o altro che non viene messo in cassaforte per ovvie motivazioni perché verrebbe cestinato immediatamente e non messo da parte in attesa che il cliente possa reclamarlo. Gli indumenti sono di proprietà dei clienti e non dell’hotel

Nice hotel. Free parking. Handy location of you have a car. It's a 40+ minute walk to the old town. Friendly and attentive staff. Average breakfast. Uncomfortable beds, 2 types of pillows, 1 hard 1 soft. Nice en suite with lovely hand soap, shower gels and shampoos. Free refillable water bottles in every room. Dispensers on every floor. The sauna and steam rooms were great but for a charge of €20 each use. You have to book. The gym is crap, 2 tread mills and a bike. No room for anything else which was a huge disappointment. Nice pool and pool area. Only given 1 key which was a little annoying.

A beautiful setting, isolated and quiet, with a lovely pool area. We stayed in a suite that was very roomy, with a large double bedroom and a smaller single room upstairs. Downstairs had a small kitchen corner (which we didn't use other than the refrigerator) as well as a dining table and chairs and a comfortable sofa. Sky TV with all the sports channels (in Italian, obviously) was a nice surprise and came in useful as we weren't lucky with the weather. There are no other restaurants within walking distance - it's a 15 minute drive into Modica - so we ate at the restaurant every night for a week. This was not a problem as everything we ate was DELICIOUS. Enough variation on the menu to eat something different every night if you wanted to, but the dishes we had early on were so good we had them all twice. The best pinsas I've ever tasted - a world away from 'pizza' in the UK. Very reasonable prices as well, including wine. We only spent one day by the pool (because of the weather!) but it looked as though there would be plenty of sunbeds available even if all the guests decided to visit. Most importantly, all the hotel and restaurant staff were extremely friendly and helpful, which really made the stay as good as it could be.
