AXA酒店(Axa Hotel)

Einfaches Hotel an guter Lage. Die Zimmer sind bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber zweckmässig eingerichtet. Falls man ein Zimmer zum Innenhof hat, sind sie ruhig. Das Frühstück ist OK. Der Frühstücksraum hat keine Fenster ist gross und wirkt eher wie eine Kantine. Der Lift ist meistens besetzt. Dementsprechend wartet man oft oder entscheidet sich für die Treppe. Nach unten mag das gehen - nach oben je nach Etage eher nicht.

Siamo stati in quest’hotel nel ponte del 25 aprile. Molto pulito, credo sia stato recentemente ristrutturato mantenendo uno stile anni 70. Quando arriviamo, alla reception ci informano che la colazione sarebbe stata dalle 07:30 alle 10:30. Abbiamo soggiornato da venerdì sera a lunedì sera, quindi 3 colazioni: sabato, domenica e lunedì. Alla colazione del lunedì siamo andati giù per la colazione alle 10:10 e ci dicono che il ristorante chiudeva alle 10, e che l’apertura fino alle 10.30 era solo nel fine settimana. E già un’informazione era mancante ed avendo pagato per 3 colazioni per me è un punto sulla recensione che va via! La notizia non è stata poi così del tutto brutta in quanto anche la colazione stessa non è così buona ed invitante. Per cui siamo andati da Starbucks che si trova a pochi passi dall’hotel. Un’altra pallina in meno sulla recensione è dovuta al fatto che rientrando in hotel domenica sera, la camera della nostra porta era bloccata. Scendo in reception e mi dicono che avrei dovuto pagare non ho capito quante corone per accedervi in quanto la signora delle pulizie ha detto che avevamo fumato in camera. A parte il fatto che sia io, che mia moglie non abbiamo mai fumato in vita nostra, ma come si può dire una cosa simile basandosi sul fatto che ogni tanto sul piano si sentisse puzza di fumo. Qualcuno che fumava al piano c’era perché la puzza di sentiva, ma non puoi incolpare o far pagare tutto il piano perché la signora delle pulizie ha detto che nella stanza x-y-Z hanno fumato. In ogni caso non torneremo in quest’hotel.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per 3gg con due amiche. Alla reception ci accolgono Alexander e Melad, gentilissimi e professionali. Albergo con camere grandi e pulitissime.Posto centralissimo...esci e trovi le fermate per muoverti con bus e tram facilmente, anche se noi abbiamo fatto tutto a piedi, siamo al centro di tutto. Unico consiglio, una colazione un po meno salata, il cornetto ci è mancato un po'. Per il resto tutto benissimo. CONSIGLIATISSIMO

We had a wonderful stay at AXA! They have done a great job preserving the history and story of the hotel. Breakfast is included and was a great way to start the day. It is very close to so many attractions, restaurants, shopping and transportation. We purchased a pass for the tram and subway system and the stop is literally out the front door of the hotel. The hotel front desk staff is very helpful (especially Jana) at helping you with your plans. I felt very safe popping out to the convenience store for a snack anytime day or night. The hotel is kept very clean and is a great place to relax after so much walking.

Not my first stay here and definitely not the last. Central located, everything is in a walking distance including a Shopping mall nearby. Great price-quality ratio. Very friendly staff especially duo Alexandr and Adam, friendly and helpful . It has a pool which I allways wanted to use , but never had enough time. Maybe next time. My rooom as well as bathroom was huge and very stylish . And , the most important , extremely clean . The onl y thing I didn't like , was the breakfast room, but breakfast was OK, so ...really nothing to complain

I visited this hotel a few days ago. The hotel is very close to the city centre. The breakfast was lovely, the swimming pool was great. And the night receptionist Jirka was the best. He was very helpful,he gave me some great advice about different places to visit. Thank you, Jirka.

Very quiet hotel. Central, A 10-minute walk from the astronomical clock. Shopping center nearby. Good price-quality ratio. Breakfast buffet very good and with variety. Very friendly staff especially Alexandr who checked us in and checked us out. It has a free pool and gym if you book directly with them, but we didn't use that service. Would come back for sure.
