精品酒店(La Boutique)

Great location, easy access to every touristy spots. Visited one of places that reception staff recommended, the view was great.

I would never recommend this hotel. Prague is a beautiful city. And this hotel is located in a really convenient and lovely part of the city. Well connected by tram and subway. However. The hotel is not where it should be. I booked an apar**ent with two single beds but was told it was impossible to receive two single beds in an apar**ent room. Nonsense. As the next day after communication between my service provider and the hotel, I was moved to another apar**ent. This apar**ent like the first was two blocks away from the hotel. It was also above a row of trash cans. Something we noticed on a warm Saturday evening. When insects started entering the room from our open window. It could be argued that we shouldn’t have had our window open if we were bothered about insects. But the shear amount and varying species of insects evidently came from the trash bins down below in the courtyard. And what other option did we have. The hotel has no AC instead offering a cheap fan that over heats. To deal with the bug issue I was unable to contact the hotel as it was a walk away and there was no phone connection. Maybe I am expecting too much from a ‘boutique apar**ent.’ What isn’t too much is to clean. The apar**ent walls had a spider in almost every corner and the floors were caked in dust. The staff helped when I asked and seemed pleasant. But at the same time were also quite nonchalant as I assume they’ve heard all my ‘complaints’ from other guests before.

Terrible experience. The guy stuff was extremely rude swearing and threatening after the request about changing bed linen. The linen was full of public hair.

Hotel is in great location...two minutes from shopping mall ,mtr and other public transport...deffinitelly great breakfast which include all things from continental or english breakfast, cold cuts, fruit,cereal and others...recomending

Camera distaccata rispetto l'hotel, inserita a circa 300 metri in un altro edificio a parte insieme ad altri appartamenti privati non facenti parte della struttura ricettiva, non specificato durante la prenotazione, perciò per fare colazione bisogna uscire e raggiungere l hotel. In camera nessuna "cortesia per gli ospiti". Naturalmente essendo la camera in altro luogo non si può di fatto usufruire dei servizi dell'albergo, comunque inesistenti. Infatti l'hotel, a dispetto del proprio nome e delle 4 stelle, è effettivamente un 2 stelle per estetica struttura e camere, personale e colazione proposta. Basti dire che non esiste una hall, la colazione si fa in un seminterrato con scala pericolosissima e non ci sono i croissant! Accoglienza e staff distaccati e poco cortesi. Unica nota positiva la vicinanza a stazione tram/bus/metro e quartiere ben servito da negozi e locali. Pertanto hotel sconsigliatissimo!!

We liked the location. Near to the bus station and Metro station. From the airport catch the 191 bus right outside the terminal and get off at the bus station (cost around £1.40 one way). A 3-minute walk to the hotel and you are there. Walk into town over the river or catch a tram or underground. We mostly walked the 30 minutes or so into the old town. Basic hotel with a good breakfast and 24 hour front desk.

Abbiamo soggiornato nello stabile separato. La camera era molto grande ma essenziale. Non facilissimo trovare come arrivarci tantomeno come arrivare alla stanza. Poco prima di decidere di lavarmi i capelli mi sono accorta che non c'era il phon, e farsi due isolati nella.neve per andarlo a richiedere non mi andava. Insomma. Economico, ma adesso ne comprendo il perchè. Colazione dolce e salata nella norma
