拉卡羅曼提克酒店(Romantik Hotel U Raka)

L'ho trovato per caso guardando Google Maps, mi ha colpito il nome ed effettivamente è un posto perfetto per una coppia. Vicino al castello e alla torre panoramica, circondato dal verde ed inserito in un contesto tranquillissimo, lontano dalle strade. La prima notte mi sono impressionato per il silenzio quasi irreale. Praga vecchia è a 15 minuti di cammino, mai usato i mezzi per muovermi ad eccezione dei trasferimenti con l'aeroporto. I gestori sono gentilissimi e molto disponibili. L'albergo è un casa delle fiabe. Pulitissimo (fatto la prova col dito sui bordi alti: niente polvere!). Belli il cortile e giardino interni. Ha solo 6 camere quindi non c'è assolutamente confusione e durante la colazione (molto ricca riguardo la scelta) si può tranquillamente sussurrare per capirsi. Il costo è perfettamente giustificato dai servizi.

Wow! Simply excellent. The details.looked good on the Web and ***********. They don't do it justice. Fabulous hotel. Lovely staff. Very pleased with it. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a quiet, characterful and welcoming Base. Bet it is great in a cold winter too.

Ein bezauberndes kleines Hotel mit Liebe zum Detail. Alles sehr sauber, super schöne Zimmer, sehr nettes Personal. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Das Frühstück war hervorragend, alles da was man braucht und sehr lecker. Man muss hier auch den selbstgemachten Kuchen essen, mega lecker!!! Ein wirklicher Geheimtipp, herrlich ruhig und doch nah am Geschehen wenn man gut zu Fuß ist. In 20 Minuten ist man in der Altstadt, der Weg dahin ist sehr schön. Wir waren mit unserem Hund hier, weshalb wir nicht direkt die Altstadt gewählt haben was eine gute Entscheidung war! Wir kommen wieder, auf jeden Fall… Herzlichen Dank ans ganze Personal, sie waren alle so herzlich!!!

Amazing one of a kind experience! This place is for those who like small, local boutique hotels. The hotel has only six rooms in a renovated historic building, they include a lovely breakfast with homemade yogurts, eggs to order, meats, cheeses, breads, pastries and more. It is super clean and decorated with local country antiques by someone with a great eye-- each room is totally unique. It is in the castle district in a quiet corner of Prague 1, and staying here totally made the trip for us. Old town is insanely busy even early in the season, so much so that I just wanted to get out of there. The castle district is a bit hilly, but from the hotel you can easily walk to many of the most important sites: lesser town, the castle, Petrin hill, Strahov library, St. Nicholas Church. With three days, we spend only one in old town, and two in lesser town/the castle district so this location made sense for us. The tram stop is five minutes uphill but for a short trip ubers made much more sense to us-- we mostly walked and the couple of times we were going a distance we took very inexpensive ubers (come in 2 minutes, $6-7 gets you anywhere in Prague 1). The area isn't great for anyone with mobility issues, though as long as you can walk a bit it's fine. We basically walked all day, then went back to the hotel for a late lunch and got smoothies and a delicious meat and cheese platter or ham and cheese pie and sat on their lovely sunken terrace. Walking to dinner from there was a highlight of the trip, quiet historic streets you practically have to yourself with one stunning building after another-- plenty of restaurants within a 1-15 minute walk. Book directly on their website and check out their packages. We got the anniversary package that you needed to pay in cash with euros while you were there but you got$50 off a night, flowers, a big bowl of fruit, a large meat and cheese platter, a split of sparkling wine, a bottle of local wine, and a free ride to or from the airport. Magda who works there is the best! She would often make us something special for breakfast and lunch-- basically take any of her recommendations! Get room 6 if you can with a living room, fireplace, indoor terrace, private table on the outdoor terrace.
