Very nice

We enjoyed our stay, the property management was very accommodating. The hotel was in a good area for easily having access to restaurants, shopping and other local amenities. I would definitely stay at this Avid property again in the future.

Great for an IHG property. Did have a cockroach in the room but staff came and killed it. Other than that, all else was good.

Just wish I had a top floor room as the people above me while on second floor had their kids running through the room and stomping on the floor at 11-12 at night. Did not get any rest the first night.

Checking in was quite a poor experience, we were checking in and the front desk woman was very helpful but when we were assisted by the manager it all changed. He obviously does not like working with ********** and made it very clear to us that he would do nothing to assist us as they don’t get reimbursed for third party bookings. Room was ok but they have a long way to go to copy the Hilton Tru hotels.

It was very convenient to many restaurants and other amenities. Needed to take care of ant problem. shower has mold inside.

Quick overnight stay, it was perfect for our family. The only thing compliant we had was there wasn’t a great breakfast option.

We are grateful for the soft closing room entry door. Usually the constant slamming doors makes it difficult to relax and/or sleep. Thank you Avid for the quiet room.

One of our rooms were not clean. Mascara on a bed pillow and hair in the shower and sink. Management assigned a new room quickly however.
