維也納酒店(Hotel Vienna)

Went for a solo retreat away and the grounds were just beautiful. The main picture of the hotel is deceiving as that seems to be a separate rental but the area where the rooms were had areas to hang out outside and relax. Sadly the pool And jacuzzi was closed. Breakfast provided was delicious instead of having to step out to get some. Only thing was my room was so hot I tried changing the temperature on the thermostat but it doesn’t seem to have worked.

I was scheduled to checkout an extra day later from the hotel. However, because of the many inconveniences/disappointments I decided to check out earlier. Below are the list of complaints I have: 1. Hot tub was advertised on google. 2. I was told I would have housekeeping come atleast once during my stay. Housekeeping never came at all. 3. Bedroom carpet was dirty 4. Pool was dirty 5. Jets in the room were not working

The staff was great. I didn't get the gentleman's name that worked there, but he was amazing. Really friendly and helpful. Would recommend, the breakfast croissants and coffe were our fav.

Room was renovated with a nice view and there are multiple areas to sit outside. Staff was friendly. Enjoyed the light breakfast included. Definitely a relaxing overnight stay.

I was looking for a lovely Mountain View Hotel on the second floor to enjoy a nice relaxing weekend with my kids with continental breakfast but instead I got a room with on the first floor, the view of A BUSH and two trees…. And how are you going to put “continental breakfast” and only have croissants, cereal, oats, and yogurt more like a condiment-AL breakfast. The Pool wasn’t even available due to lack of Maintenance, and usually there’s a couple of water bottles with ice but instead I got air, both still as equally refreshing….

The room seemed very clean & had a nice shower. Fridge in room, comfortable bed, & friendly staff. Seemed like a good value, will stay again

Our stay at Hotel Vienna was great. The staff was friendly and helpful and the baked goods at breakfast were delicious!

The people who worked there were all very nice. BUT there were definitely bedbugs in our room as well as rooms of others that were staying with us. The indoor swimming pool was so murky, you could barely see one foot in front of the other.

Jacozi didn't work and the door Lock kept unlocking by just turning the nob..
