There’s a Starbucks downstairs 👍🏽👍🏽 and front desk staff was friendly.

Our favourite place to stay in PG! Great service and updated rooms, so nice to have the Starbucks in the lobby too.

Had NO issues checking into this Hotel. Accepted my credit card with no problems. We will be making this Hotel our favorite when visiting Prince George from here on. Thank you Ramada

We ended up going to another hotel are room stunk and a check in time was late was not happy staff was nice

I loved the hositality of the staff especiaĺly Jacqueline she really is a kind and thoughtful person. She recognized me when I would walk in, really made me feel at home. Thank you Jacqueline!!!

We paid for 3 people to stay in a queen room with a pullout sofa bed. The pullout bed didn't have blankets or pillows and was so janky it was impossible to sleep on. There was a huge gab between the "cushions" and the back of the sofa (meant to be a headboard I assume but your head would fall through the crack" so our third guest ended up having to leave because there was no where for her to sleep. Compensation for this was a free Starbucks drink in the morning. The shower also leaked out of the bathroom wall onto the main part of our room floor. Will never being staying at the ramada again.

Upon arrival there was only one staff member on a Friday evening to check in, so the wait times were quite long. Once we finally checked into the room we noticed that we could hear the family next door clear as day. Instead of complaining and trying to make a family be quiet and not enjoy their stay as well, I asked if I could be moved to another room where I could possibly have some quiet, even willing to down grade from my king suite just for the quiet. The reply was that every room would be that noisy so I was to just "expect" there would be noise in any room i moved to and then said he wouldnt move me either way. Just disappointing not enjoy my evening alone and be able to sleep. My neighbours next door then began their day at 6 am to which i was awoken for the day, not only to have no coffee mate or sugars for my coffee, so i waited and went to the lobby starbucks at their opening time. However, the starbucks then did not open for another hour so i checked out and left early instead of enjoying a quiet morning in my 200$ room.
