Water pressure was terrible.. it was sub par when it’s cold but once it switches over to “hot” pressure was maybe 25% Ice machine didn’t work. And there’s only 1 ice machine for a 3 story hotel

The hotel was convenient for our family event. It was easy to find but the parking lot is a little awkward to get in and out of. Room had no table, just a little tray thing. Uncomfortable chair, not good for our rest time. Plumbing backed up in our room as we were leaving and also happened to another family member who stayed there. It is an older hotel but has been renovated to look nice within the last few years. Some of the mechanics are still old. If you have issues with a low toilet, ask for a handicap room. The toilets sit really low to the ground and for older folks like me, that was hard to maneuver. The rooms looked nice and were clean. Staff were awesome. Breakfast was very good. Check in and out was quick and easy. I would stay again if it is a short visit but not for a long stay.

The property is in great shape and we were offered freshen up services for each day we were there. Now for the bad news. I chose Hampton Inn because the Holiday Inn Express didn't include breakfast. Breakfast Saturday was Gravy and biscuits no sausage so just flower and fat. Waffles and this one was a huge dissapoin**ent... Pumpkin Spice and Vanilla Malt. UM could we have one seasonal waffle mix and just the plain one included. We ended up going out to eat breakfast. Breakfast Sunday. Same horrible waffle selection with egg white fritatas and French Toast stix. My husband said the fritatas were good but the french toast stix had rough corners like they were heated up in a microwave before going out. Fruit looked very old. No almond milk so no oa**eal for my husband or creral. Muffins looked burnt. You couldn't really see them because of the layers of plastic wrap. Finally Cookies So years ago one thing we loved about Hampton Inn was the fresh cookies. My kids always bolted inside for a cookie. Cookies were only out once that we saw for the 3 days we were there and only a couple of hours. The room where the pool was was nice and warm but the pool was probably 80 or 82 degrees like an outside pool. I think we are going to try the Holiday Inn express. It's a little cheaper and gets the same ratings for cleanliness and since breakfast was a huge miss that's a deal breaker. I though for sure one day there would be bacon or sausage but NOPE!

First off the room was nice and the bathroom & shower were good. My big complaint was that the mattress in room 134 was terrible. The side toward the door had a crevice in it and when I turned on my right side I thought I was falling off a cliff. It was very uncomfortable and I could not get back to sleep for hours. And the pillows ******. One was like putting your head directly on the mattress and two left your neck at a weird angle. For the price of the room it did not meet Hilton standards and I was very disappointed.

The breakfast was amazing and the front desk staff where super helpful! The only problem i had was not getting housekeeping in. But in their defense I am a late riser, and it takes me a bit to get myself out of the room.

There was a bit of difficulty checking in, as the attendant seemed flustered at the end of her shift. She was kind but seemed unsure how to handle several guests simultaneously. Overall check in was okay but it took quite a bit of time. ( 20mins)

Very clean! Delicious coffee! Nice breakfast. Restful stay. Will stay again when visiting our children

Great overall. Empressed by very good breakfast. Even make to go bags for those who don't have time to eat it. Offer water bottles free of charge which these days isn't that common. Friendly staff and clean room.
