太太太差了！一生黑！中午到的刷了信用卡按金，登記停車，但是不讓checkin要等到下午才行明明有房，我問了晚點回去行不行 他也沒説什麼～我就把車停酒店出去玩了，晚上9:10左右回去的，前台關了沒人了，門上留了緊急聯繫電話，打了無數次沒人接…等到10點……完全聯繫不上！全球住了無數次各種酒店，第一次遇到這樣的！ 於是重新訂酒店去別的地方住了《 這個酒店一毛錢不退……………

汽車旅店，房間很大，衞生不錯，停車方便

Hotel was very clean, and I have high standards! Staff was friendly and helpful. As another reviewer stated, this is not a luxury hotel, but it did provide very comfortable accommodations in a wonderful location near the beach in Santa Barbara. It even provided a covered parking spot for my car!

非常好的飯店。距堤岸五十公尺。一切都是乾淨而美麗的。辦理入住和退房手續方便、快速。飯店設有免費停車場。有一個漂亮的游泳池。唯一的缺點是床對兩個人來說有點窄。

Have stayed at this property many times and it saddens me to give it a negative review, but this is my first time staying in a first floor unit and the clomping, furniture moving, air mattress inflation, and dropping objects of the people upstairs from me is making this stay totally unacceptable. Requested a different room from management as the hotel is clearly quite empty and was told that would not be possible. It’s a shame as the hotel has other charms and great staff but I can no longer recommend this place after this stay.

Convenient for my needs an very short walk to beach. Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was spotless and bed was comfortable. Room was small, but priced accordingly. There was onsite as well as street parking. I would definitely stay again when in the area.

One of the best hotel stays in recent memory at this price point. Very large renovated room, clean pool, central to everything, crazy quiet. 12/10!

We had a delightful stay at the hotel! The atmosphere was inviting and felt more like staying at a friend's place than a hotel. The convenient location, just a short walk to the beach, made our experience even better. Highly recommended!

Great hotel, flash back in time! Room was very comfortable, clean and well appointed. Less than one block to the beach, minutes away from excellent dining.

奇怪的、不靈活的防守經理。看起來不錯，直到您遇到任何問題或任何小投訴為止。有點像是令人毛骨悚然的傑基爾海德類型。有些地方的心態是顧客是對的，這裡的心態是顧客總是錯的。

整個晚上，頭頂上都有吵鬧的人說話、製造噪音（大聲的腳步聲、大笑聲、斷斷續續地提高聲音），從晚上9:30 到上午10 點幾乎不間斷，業主沒有採取任何措施，我試圖打電話給早上他們沒有回答。這是我在那裡的最後一晚，所以我就離開了，但對缺乏溝通感到失望。他發了一條不屑一顧的短信，說他自己沒有聽到任何消息，也沒有試圖以任何方式真正糾正這種情況。這個地方周圍都有不錯的酒店，還有很多其他選擇。

這是一家家庭經營的、設備齊全的小旅館。房間最近經過重新裝修，雖然很小，但擁有舒適住宿所需的一切。房間一塵不染、安靜，還有當地烘焙商的純正研磨咖啡。主人非常熱情地帶我們參觀並推薦當地的餐廳。天氣太冷了，不能游泳，但游泳池閃閃發光，庭院裝飾得很雅緻。會再次入住。

一切都令人難以置信。設施美麗乾淨，裝飾精美。外面很漂亮。辦公室裡的那位先生很棒。關於這家飯店，我沒什麼好說的。
