神祕湖娛樂場酒店(Mystic Lake Casino Hotel)

It was a lot of fun to see a concert there and before hand we ate at the steak house and it was spendy but well worth the taste of the food! Service was great, people were friendly! The place is huge, but very clean!

Everything seemed very clean which we appreciated very much. Room fixtures were nice and not outdated.

We had booked through ******* for mystic lake ******. We were doing some shopping prior to heading there and got to the ****** around 6. We got to the desk to check in and they said our room wasn’t ready, mind you check in is at 4. We got told it would be at least an hour wait so we decided to just go play some slots in the meantime. Couple hours go by and we had a bite to eat and went back up to the desk. We got up there and told us the room still wasn’t ready at 9 pm!!! Then got told it was a busy weekend and 500 people walked through the door at the same time. I was like there is no way!! After some going back and forth we decided to finally cancel our room and be done with it after they offered no type of discount or voucher until the next morning. We’ve been going here the last 3 years on the same weekend for our anniversary and never had this type of service. Unacceptable and very unprofessional.

The hotel was very nice and secure. The room very warm and open! Bed was a bit hard and the furnace didn't shut off thru the night so it got extremely warm. ****** was tight. Very, very, very minimal wins or bonuses.

Very pleased with the service and room, however, checking into hotel we stood in line for almost an hour.

Cost for night was expensive with pool not open do to remodel and check in was a 45 min wait of a line going out the door to check in.

Free valet parking, easy check in, so many food choices, rooms are very clean and comfortable. Not one complaint!!
