Probolinggo Museum附近的龐越酒店

I stayed here for two nights in April 2023, 22-23. It was a 38 degree day when I arrived and the aircon in the room didn't work. It turned on but the room remained between 26-28 degrees all night. I had the staff in to fix it and they were incredibly apologetic after trying to fix it and feeling how miserably hot it was. I stayed in the PRESIDENT SUITE ROOM / the highest class of this room type in this HOTEL. I Had a terrible night' sleep and it really affected my visit. I also had a deposit money but they receptionist forgot to return it. Restaurant waa bad and AND EXCEPTIONAL FOR FENDY with his excellent services AS BARISTA. He has gone beyond and above and served our coffee and drop to our table. The staff ”SUBI” was rude and and horrible. We reserved 10 persons for dinner and it waa nightmare. The service was slow and sloppy. Oh GOD! Seem this hotel can not RESPECT A GUEST/ VVIP who booked out the PRESIDENTIAL SUITE!!

我們只是在酒店一晚,因爲我們去了布羅姆火山遊覽,時間不多。酒店很簡單,午餐很好,給你選擇了幾種選擇,相當完整。酒店的最佳選擇是工作人員的注意力,他們對我們表現得很好,我們遇到了麻煩,我們不得不取消一晚,還給我們錢。我們到達酒店時,他們也清了我們所有的疑慮,並用地圖解釋了我們對山的行程。並且地說明了我們有的選擇。

Stayed in ground floor room, no 4 Biggest problem is the room has zero sound proofing. Hotel is next to busy road and all traffic noise whole night will be heard in the room Because the room is next to staircase, the noise of foot steps, especially ladies footwear, is a big disturbance. Car security alarm from a car parked in the parking in front of the room was turning on every hour. Cats were screaming and fighting. The prayer at 4:30 am from nearby mosque was very loud. There were frequent power cuts and the Aircon did not resume when the power came back and I had to turn it on manually every time. This went on for at least 4 times till past mid night. Towel, cups and saucers were not very clean. Bathroom was not very clean, very poorly lit and had to shave without light on the face. Very basic breakfast, just two kinds of fruits, bread, butter, jam, live omlette counter, rice and two dishes to go with rice.

一夜間住在家裏,有兩間雙人房--房間的冷,裝置的燈不願在房間裏呆很久,儘管有窗戶,還是比較暗沒有裝飾能讓房間生活 只有兩種電 其中一個已經被電視機佔用 另一個位於房間的邊緣 高處和遠處 在某個地方安裝一個可能的設備- 沒有室 沒有子 只是一桌又被電視機佔用一晚就夠...+/-接待員很棒,但很賣家,他試圖給我們提供我們不一定要做的。+離車站不遠的地方,在一間顯而易見的安全的住區。+房間的清和舒適的牀。房間裏的空調很有品質。+接待員的英語水平很好,在印尼語困難時便利通訊。= 要知道,告可以阻止你睡覺,如果你有敏感的睡。酒店的質量/價格比很高,但它仍然提供一些可能具有重要意義的細節。我們只住了一天晚上 但我們不會延長時間

Lo staff e davvero gentile e offee un’accoglienza calorosa. Ci hanno anche aiutato ad organizzare il tour al Bromo e preparato una buona colazione. La stanza è molto semplice e ci sono secondo noi alcune cose che potrebbero rendere l’esperienza migliore: aggiungere le lenzuola nel letto e fornire gli asciugamani per la doccia, avere una finestra per il ricambio di aria nella stanza visto che c è solo un piccolo punto di ricambio in bagno.

在龐越去火山借宿的一個酒店，價格便宜，乾淨衛生，關鍵是服務太好，老闆很耐心拿出地圖教你去火山的行程，講到你懂為止，還幫你預訂第二天的火山觀光團，我去的時候淡季，一車就兩個人，價格按人算很便宜，而不是按包車每人分攤，開了那麼久的山路，很良心了。反正半夜一點過就要起來，臨時住下性價比很高，看完火山回來還給準備個簡單早飯墊肚子，來龐越就住這裏沒錯的。去車站打車也不遠，需要注意的是坐火車需要提前十分鐘到車站否則買不到票
