In the toilet very small

It was very dated, the radio built into the head board couldnt be turned off, just turned down leaving a static sound, i had people in neighbouring rooms arguing for 2 hour from 11:30 onwards and when i rang the desk to complain they asked what i wanted them to do about it, when i mentioned maybe the cops as the arguing was aggressive they said they would just wait for another complaint to come through before doing anything about it. It was an awful experience

Rooms were so outdated and I swear they don't want people using the pool it's freezing cold even on 30 degree days, and it needs a good clean to. The stains on my carpets and the chair there had stains all over them and wanted to make me vomit. And then your house cleaner guru barging into Rooms swearing like a trooper about your new cleaner that's just started and going off her head was atrocious.

Extremely outdated rooms with a musty smell and poor fixtures. Website shows spa which is incorrect. Traffic noise kept us awake all night. Very overpriced would not stay again

We have stayed here many times, previously a little breakfast was included, but none this time. No face washer. Bed sheets not long enough, didn’t even go over the end of the bed. Stayed two night, no milk for coffee for the second day. A little bit disappointed, especially with the price of the room. Lucky we are not big people, using the toilet would be a squeeze!

Room was well appointed and clean, bed was very comfortable and the pool was lovely. Check in was very easy and lovely customer service.

There was a wee and paper in the toilet when we got there. Not sure the toilet had been cleaned at all.

The water in shower kept going hot burning person in shower. The area of toilet is very small.

Great service and staff very accommodating. Nice clean tidy room, comfortable bed. The only issue I had was being a none smoker, the smoking area should be away from the rooms and any paths to access your room. Apart from that I would stay here again.
