Magnifique hôtel. Très calme. Bien situé. A proximité de Protaras et de ses plages (où l on peut aller à pied) mais où l on évite la foule! Loin des complexes de masse. Criques en face de l hôtel où l on peut se baigner. Promenade qui passe devant l hôtel. Parking de l hôtel gratuit. Mini réfrigérateur dans la chambre qui est rempli de boisson (gratuites) quand on arrive (rempli une seule fois durant tout le séjour). 2 petites bouteilles d eau par jour sont déposés dans la chambre et 2 petits chocolats en fin de journée (ce qui est appréciable). Fer et planche à repasser gratuite sur demande. Coffre fort sécurisé gratuit dans la chambre. Pas de chaîne de TV française mais possibilité de connecter son compte Netflix sur la TV. A proximité 15min en voiture de Cap Greco. Très belle décoration. J ai eu la chance d être surclassée avec vue sur la piscine. Personnel charmant (notamment la dame blonde à l accueil -que je remercie chaleureusement - qui a tout fait pour que je puisse avoir un petit déjeuner à ma convenance le jour de mon départ à 5h30 du matin).. 2 employés parlent français (ce qui aide). Pas besoin de prendre de serviette de piscine. L hôtel vous en fournira (/prêtera )une pour votre séjour. Matelas de plage attribué à votre arrivée selon votre convenance (vous pouvez en changer), ce qui évite de devoir réserver les transats. J ai vraiment apprécié le calme de l hôtel. On s y sent bien. Je reviendrais avec plaisir et je recommande sans hésiter.

The area of lobby it’s empty no sofa no decoration I think the furniture for room is standard not luxury I mean all the hotels need more decor and more luxury furniture

Wir waren in August 2023 hier. Es war perfekt. Es ist eine sehr ruihge Lage, aber eine belebte Strasse mit restaurants und Pubs ist in wenigen Gehminuten gut erreichbar. Ausserdem ist direkt vor dem Hotel eine Küste mit einem sehr schönen und einfachen Badezugang. Das Hotel selbst ist sehr schön und top ausgestattet. Der Service war auch sehr gut. Können wir bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.

I spend time choosing my hotel stays for specific requirements. Two days into my stay at the Jade, I was told the owners had decided to close the hotel early, leaving me 3 days adrift of my planned departure date. I was told I could move to sister hotel the Pearl, which is close by and that hotel would arrange a taxi, which it did. The Pearl is not an equivalent stay to the Jade. I was placed in a room directly over restaurant, with constant noise. Could not leave door to balcony open. The room stank of sickly sweet shake and vac style smell, which I couldn't get rid off, as room only had small door to outside, unlike my room at the Jade. Room service food was not great. Bed sheets felt damp. Outside, the sunbeds were all crammed together and hotel is overlooked on both sides. A few hours post arrival at the Pearl, I contacted ******* and bought my return home forward 3 days. Not the relaxing holiday I was looking for. Will not return to either hotel as a result.

Very nice hotel right in front of the sea with nice pools, comfortable room and bed the only thing they need to improve it is the quality of food especially lunch.

The crew doesn't know their surroundings. Not effective in providing help regarding entertainment options around the hotel. Such as: restaurants, clubs and the like in these.

fantastic stay, very clean and fresh, far enough out that the surrounding area of the hotel is quiet.

Excellent experience (95/100). Great hotel, very new and very clean, good food and really nice staff. Basically everything was great. The hotel is located a bit outside Protaras which I found very nice because it was calm. Also car parking works excellent. Loved the allocated sun bed system as well. housekeeping was also impeccable. Be aware that a proper sand beach is not right at the hotel (no problem for us). Only minor comments/improvement: - Breakfast is great, however not much variation in assortment when you stay a week or more, some changes on regular basis in the assortment may be nice. - Breakfast (and dinner) buffet area can get a bit crowded and messy with many people since it is pretty tight. - A bonus would a barista during breakfast to improve coffee quality (coffee machine in the room is great). - We found the indoor entertaining area (evening music performances etc.) in the large lobby not that inviting, all table and chairs are spread over a large area, perhaps could be made a little bit more cozy. - In terms of sustainability, maybe use larger shower wall mounted shampoo and conditioner containers over the small ones. Bottom-line: Highly recommended and will be back.

Absolutely fantastic in every way…. Enjoyed staying here.. would stay again if on that side of the island… fantastic food, fantastic staff…
