Convenient location close to many restaurants within walking distance. Friendly staff who offered help to carry our luggage to the third floor. Secure building with video doorbell and lock on the front gate. Young people dancing in the park near the front gate was a pleasant surprise in the evenings.

I loved staying here! The front desk staff was lovely and helpful. The area around this hotel was truly special - I could see the Pablo Neruda house from my bedroom! I would stay here every time I’m in Santiago.

Gorgeous hotel with lots of character, and super clean!! The staff were amazing. Cute little bar where you can hang out. Walking distance to many sights and lots of bars and restaurants in the area.

Beautiful property in a vibrant neighborhood, excellent security, outstanding breakfast, super comfortable bed. We stayed fir 2 nights and wish that we would’ve stayed longer.

Lovely property, room, and staff. My room was adjacent to the lounge area which was a bit loud, like a party at certain times. Which could be good or bad depending on what you prefer.

Classic older building with historical significance. DIdn't realize there wasn't an elevator and stayed on 4th floor...not awful as they did help us with bags. Just would have requested lower floor
