When we arrived , the lobby was busy. We were greeted by a host to wait to be checked in. Even after the crowd dissipated, we had to approach the check in attendant to inform him that we were waiting. Our room wasn’t ready so we had to wait again. We were not given a tour or overview of the hotel. We have stayed at other Ritz Carlton properties and have had been given a brief tour. As we waited for our room, we noticed that other guests were given tours. Our stay after was nice. Breakfast was delicious..I wish they offered it throughout the day or until at least 1pm. The view from our room was beautiful and the room was clean. Housekeeping did a great job with the turn down service and keeping our bathroom stocked with fresh towels. Before checking out, we went to get breakfast. Checkout is at 11. We returned to our room to get our luggage at 10:20…we were locked out! Housekeeping let us in after we showed her our room number and key so that we could quickly retrieve our belongings. We then received a call from the front desk telling us that check out is at 11.
Aside from checking in/out our stay otherwise was fine.
