Our experience at Zenza hotel was amazing. The staff is very nice and helpful. They served complimentary pastries, fruit, cereals, and oatmeal in the mornings and provided unlimited bottled water. We stayed in the the king room with marina view and the view was beautiful to wake up to. The room was also very spacious which we really liked and it was very clean when we arrived. The rooftop also has a nice view and the best part was that we got to enjoy it daily, just the two of us. There was never anyone else there when we were there. The pool is small but also nice since no one really used so we had it to ourselves as well. The hotel is also very quiet which we loved. Overall we would definitely consider returning here.

Amazing hotel at a solid price and a good location. Penthouse suite for $600+ is extremely worth it. Staff was extremely attentive and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

I was here for work. I had a large clean room with a large desk. There was a porch with chair looking out to the marina. Two dining options and a coffee shop are right next door. Beach is less than a 5 minute walk away. It’s not that convenient to the downtown, but if you have a car it’s easy to drive anywhere.

Everything and everyone was outstanding!!!! The hotel rooms are simply beautiful The views are also amazing Please don’t hesitate on booking your hotel stay at the Zenza Hotel, I promise you that you will not be disappointed

LOVED every minute of my stay at Zenza. The front desk staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, the rooms are exactly as advertised, they have endless bottled water, a lovely little pool, and eateries that are walkable near the marina. You'll be a bit, not a far drive, from Grace Bay so keep that in mind if you want to be near there since you'll need a car. But the island is not super large so it's quick to get anywhere. I had the king room with marina view via a balcony and I spent do much time on the balcony to relax and read. Also really loved the tub in my room. Very quiet around here and walkable to Smiths Reef plus they give you rides to the beach and offer a list of places, taxis, and delivery upon check-in. Simply fantastic from the moment I arrive to when I left.

Staff is great! Nearby beach is quiet and not crowded. Two restaurants are right in the same complex as the hotel. A couple of others are a five minute walk and are good.

We stayed in Hotel Zenza on the last night of our trip to TCI. It was a lovely oasis. We were able to linger by the pool while we waited for our flight. I would definitely go back

I had a great stay at Zenza! The hotel is updated and very clean. Walking distance to a waterfront restaurant and the hotel also offers free bike rental to explore the neighborhood. The hotel was 15 minutes from all of the popular sites by car.
