Amazing location beautiful hotel!
But car parking was a little far from the hotel .
Stuffs were so kind and speak English well!! Breakfast was also delicious!!! 😋

Great location near a lot of sights, a block away from Duomo and Basilica. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Breakfast included basics.

La habitación es muy pequeña con techo bajo, el aire acondicionado no enfría y hace mucho calor, el baño tira agua y se escucha cuando abren y cierran las puertas de las habitaciones todo el tiempo, así como cuando usan el inodoro, el desayuno es muy escaso, no es recomendable si necesitan descansar y tomar desayuno

Its a shame that the streets in the area...and most of the nearby shops...are so dirty. I wont even mention the graffiti.
We left the hotel very early in the morning and saw that the streets had been completely cleaned; but previous day they were filthy dirty with trash, cigarette butts, etc. Must be a daily occurrence. Come on Italians, clean it up and stop littering!

My stay was amazing. The room was great and the staff was great. The location is terrific! The staff was very helpful in arranging transportation to and from the hotel to the train station. I also used the tour guide service the hotel recommended fir 2 day trips and that was a great experience. They make me want to come back.

Amazing place to stay. The way they put the rooms together was inspirational. We actually watched the movie that our room was named after. The deck on top had an amazing view and was very comfortable. The location was perfect for walking around.

I stayed two separate nights a week apart around my flights into and out of Catania and travel to Syracuse. The staff was excellent, from initial contact to check out the communications (whether through ******* chat, phone, or in person) were friendly, prompt, and effective. EVERY STAFF member I had contact with was great--from the front desk, breakfast/spa personnel, to the shuttle driver--EXCELLENT. They were all very accommodating especially when flights were delayed due to activity from Mount Etna. I will be back and highly recommend Duomo if you are staying in the area.

Great location and terrace view, and v nice desk attendant but i feel there should be 24 hour staff at the desk.
We had a room at the 4th floor…was woken at 6.30 by staff frying eggs in the hallway! Crazy! Loud and smelly and ridiculous…and, of course, no one told is it would be taking place. $300 for that???????

The hotel is 200 meters from the main square. This also means that it can get busy & loud under your balcony. The staff is supernice and helpful. The terrace on the top has a stunning view. The room was spacious, well equipped, very comfortable bed. The free drinks are a nice touch, esp. the coffee was top quality. The spa was not working. The room's walls and the floor are worn-out and dirty from the using, needs redoing. Despite this the room was cleaned every day, and I found a tidy place every afternoon.

The building has an amazing location, in the old town and in the heart of the Baroque of Catania, few steps away from the Cathedral dedicated to Saint Agatha （patron saint of the city）. Some rooms have balconies with view on the amazing Duomo square, with its churches, elegant palaces, the fountain of the Elephant, symbol of the city, where the unique colors of lava stone and white marble create an amazing contrast. Beside there are the everyday historical market and the traditional fish market "A Pescherìa".
