拉里奧酒店(Hotel Lario)

La struttura è datata ma sono state effettuate recenti ristrutturazioni volte a dotarla dei più moderni confort. Pertanto i servizi che offre sono soddisfacenti. La colazione è molto varia, rivolta anche ai numerosi clienti stranieri, offre la possibilità di mangiare sia dolce che salato. Le camere e gli altri ambienti sono puliti.

Newmarket travel organised the trip. Communication with them is appalling !!! I am still waiting for them to contact me seven weeks after my first email and numerous calls. When I get through I am PROMISED I will be contacted by a manager. Food terrible, 75% of us got diarrhoea and sickness . Lack of staff. Accommodation basic. I am owed a refund for plane seats that I booked after being told we needed to pay. Also a trip I paid extra for I was t able to go as in bed I’ll fit 30 hours. No customer service at the hotel or from Newmarket Travel.

Hôtel avec chambre et balcon vue sur le lac . parking Très bien pour passer un week- end et visiter les lacs . Les chambres sont spacieuses bien agencées et le personnel est à l 'écoute . Nous avons manger le soir sur place repas correct et copieux .

Inte speciellt trevlig atmosfär (från personalens sida) på hotellet. Hotellet i sig var gulligt. Bra parkering, bra frukost.

Dalle camere fronte lago vista meravigliosa, dono della natura non qualità dell'hotel. Struttura piacevole, pulita, piscina comoda, utile il garage (a pagamento) vista l'assenza di parcheggi in loco,località lontana dalle fermate dei traghetti. Menù del ristorante limitato, prezzi sopra le righe (bottiglia d'acqua del rubinetto €, 3,00), personale un po' presuntuoso che scambia una cotoletta per una costoletta tutto osso, ben lontana dalla tradizione. In camera solo lenzuola, non hanno copriletti, ma portano delle vecchie coperte, in agosto!! Ma dov'è l'hotellerie, arte dell'accoglienza per rendere piacevole un soggiorno da parte dell'albergatore, ma qui un proprietario non c'è, ma delle ragazze che soprattutto fanno business. Come detto da altro cliente "hotel per stranieri" e nulla più.

Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans cet hôtel. Il y a du positif et du négatif. Pour moi, il mérite 7/10. L’hôtel est bien placé géographiquement. Cependant, il se trouve sur une chaussée très fréquentée et du coup c’est très très brouillant (et dangereux à pieds)!!! De l’extérieur, l’hôtel est joli et Classic. Mais l’intérieur est sommaire et totalement dépourvu de charme. Notamment les chambres et les SDB dont le mobilier est plutôt vieillot et la télé minuscule. (Le coffre de notre chambre était défectueux et l’air conditionné moyennement efficace). Cependant le tout était propre. Autre point, les essuies ne sont changés que tous les 3 jours. Nous y avons séjourné 4 jours et ceux-ci n’ont pas été changés! Point positif, nous avons eu une chambre vue sur lac sans l’avoir demandée. L’hôtel propose un parking payant 10€/jours où des emplacements sont attribués (que personne ne respecte, nous avons dû changer 3x de place). Le gros point négatif de cet hôtel est le petit déjeuner. C’est souvent le cas en Italie mais ici c’était franchement limite! Il était quasiment inexistant. 3 sortes de pains (en sachets), 2 sortes de charcuterie (en sachet), 3 sortes de jus (artificiels), idem pour les boissons chaudes. Des croissants industriels. Des petits gâteaux industriels, idem pour les confitures. 2 sortes de céréales, des yaourts , des œufs durs et très peu de fruits frais. Le choix était exactement identique chaque jour. Dommage … Le personnel est gentil. Concernant les extérieurs. La piscine est plutôt grande et jolie. Les chaises longues vieillottes et quasiment toutes étaient défectueuses au niveau du pare soleil. Niveau tranquillité, on repassera (le bruit de la chaussée est assourdissant). Pour résumer, à faire si vous ne comptez pas passe vos journées à l’hôtel.

Excellent staff, good food, great location. Magnificent setting. A lot of traffic so a bit noisy with windows open but once closed it was fine. Lake Como is a busy place and the roads are narrow but that is part of the charm

Very disappointed in the standard of food offered by this hotel. Tinned fruit, limited tinned or frozen vegetables, chopped iceberg lettuce, toms and grated carrot for a starter salad, ordinary pizza and a few chips and sorbet as one of the night’s three course option. Not what we were hoping for when we booked a week’s package holiday in Italy, with their reputation for food. The location of the hotel on a main road and with a dangerous walk on sections of the road without pavements to access the lakeside and the ferry terminal added to the disappointment. On the plus side most of the staff were friendly. The area is beautiful but the hotel let itself down.

I have just returned having stayed at The Lario through Newmarket Holidays. The Lario staff were polite and helpful and our Newmarket Guide Florea Alexandru Gabriel (Alex) was superb a very knowledgeable guide and most helpful. I would definitely recommend this trip. 😎👍
