I stayed at the hotel. So this review us about my stay. It is situated across the road from church to St Anthony of Padua. Tram stop Santo is 3 min walk. The hotel may have seen better days , but it retains its charm, and that with Manuel on the front desk made it a perfect base for our 3 day stay. Breakfast was included, basic but good. The bed and room where good with a view of the church. I would stay again!

I spent my birthday weekend at the Abano Grand Hotel for the first time and definitely not the last!! First off, the hotel is gorgeous all around. I felt immediately relaxed as I entered the property and welcomed by the highly professional and courteous staff. Secondly, the room, the pool and spa areas, the food and oh my goodness live music performed very well by the young lady and the gentleman (I failed to ask for their names) while I wait for the dining area to open. The piano virtuoso who entertained the guest during dinner and the attentive staff at the dining and breakfast areas! Finally, the best treat of the weekend for me was the spa area served by their amazingly sweet, kind and skilled masseuses (Anna Maria and Anna Maria). Thank you to both Anna Maria's for the excellent customer service and the most relaxing treatments you both have provided with such care! I feel rejuvenated! I must mention one particular lady I met in the hallway (I failed to ask for her name) who got my attention when she stopped me and asked if I would like to change my robe for a size smaller. She then knocked at my door and gave me 2 smaller robes!! I, thank you greatly and apologize that I did not get your name. Someone paid close attention to ensure not only comfort but safety of a guest! I could've tripped over the long robes I had and fallen on the floor or stairs! Again, thank you!!! I will return and will highly recommend!!!!

Hotel elegante che offre servizi di alta qualità sia dal punto di vista delle cure termali e sia dal punto di vista gastronomico. Le cure termali sono di ottimo livello ed eseguite da valenti professionisti. Il ristorante è gestito in maniera eccellente ed i piatti sono sempre di prima qualità. I spent one night at this hotel and I really liked it here. My room was spacious and clean, it was quiet here, no noise from the hallway. The breakfast was standard, there was a lot of fruit and pastries. Check in and check out was quick and staff friendly. Bonus: there was a huge supermarket right across the street.

訪訪客Cominciamo con le note positive. - Hotel molto vicino alla fiera (5 minuti a piedi) e ben fornito dai mezzi. I monolocali sono molto accoglienti e ben forniti: sono presenti la tv, la lavastoviglie, il microonde, il lavandino e un tavolo/*****ola molto comodo seppur piccino. Il bagno ha una doccia spaziale con soffione e doccino, ci sono il bagnoschiuma e il sapone per le mani, ci sono gli asciugamani. Consiglio di portarsi l'asciugacapelli perché è presente ma poco potente se avete molti capelli. Il letto per me è stato estremamente comodo ma avviso che il materasso è duro e non a tutti piace. Finestre molto grandi, perfette per rinfrescare le sere d'estate. Doppia tenda (una bianca leggera e l'oscurante), molto comode. Le note negative che, ahimè, sono abbastanza. - Partiamo col dire che è un 4 stelle superior quindi ci si aspetterebbe determinati servizi come il wi fi gratuito nei monolocali che non c'era (abbastanza assurdo nel 2023); un telefono interno collegato alla reception, il telefono c'era ma nessun numero da poter chiamare quindi in caso di bisogno si deve scendere, uscire dal palazzo, attraversare un piccolissimo cortile ed entrare nella struttura principale (questo posso accettarlo in un 2 stelle, non 4) e il kit di benvenuto con spazzolino, dentifricio, shampoo e balsamo. Il frigobar NON è incluso ed è completamente sfornito (una bustina di patatine, due acqua e un succo) alla ”modica” cifra di 3€. La colazione non è inclusa nel prezzo (prezzo che non è assolutamente irrisorio) ma anzi, costa la bellezza di 10€ ed è a buffet. La pulizia delle camere abbastanza scarsa onestamente: gatte di polvere sulle tende, polvere sui davanzali, macchie di caffè sul muro, qualche capello lungo su un paio di asciugamani e nel letto. Non c'erano dei lenzuoli leggeri nell'armadio, assurdo essendo estate e il letto ha una trapunta. Eviterei di descrivere il letto come ”queen bed” perchè potrebbe fuorviare, è semplicemente un letto matrimoniale leggermente stretto. Il personale molto cordiale e gentile anche se sbrigativo e poco esaustivo. Diciamo che, a mio avviso, non vale il prezzo che costa.

訪訪客Overall a good hotel, staff is very kind, especially the lady that handled our check-in. There is a very good breakfast and we had dinner the last night of stay and the food was good. Cleanses not perfect but acceptable. The only problem was a private party on the last floor with very very loud music that despite several calls to the reception did not reduced volume until midnight. Really not acceptable if you want to rest after a tiring day. This in addition of not being cheap….

訪訪客I booked one hour before arrival, arrived late after a long trip and was starving - everything was closed, but the friendly front office team made kind suggestions where I could order food. Then the chef passed the lobby on his way home and asked if I wanted to eat. His team was still there, busy cleaning up and they quickly prepared me some delicious food, wow so friendly and kind - this is true hospitality from all members of the team and such an unusual caring experience. Thank you! Room and facilities are excellent, clean and nice. But it's always the people that make the real difference.

訪訪客Abbiamo soggiornato, assieme a mia moglie, per due notti in questo hotel. La struttura, moderna e funzionale, si trova appena fuori Padova, in una zona residenziale, ad un paio di chilometri dall'uscita Padova Est dell'autostrada A4. E' in una posizione strategica perché si trova in un luogo tranquillo ma da cui ci si può muovere con molta facilità sia verso il centro di Padova che verso la vicina stazione di Busa di Vigonza per recarsi in treno a Venezia in appena 40 minuti. A tal proposito ringrazio il proprietario per gli ottimi consigli, sia per visitare Padova che per recarci a Venezia. La camera, di recente ristrutturazione, era molto ampia, moderna e perfettamente climatizzata. Il letto (king size) era veramente comodo e tutta la struttura splendidamente pulita. La colazione a buffet offre una grande varietà e qualità, sia per chi ama il dolce che per chi ama il salato. All'esterno c'è un'ampio parcheggio di proprietà, anche se non custodito. I titolari sono stati molto gentili e disponibili. Merita veramente!

訪訪客I travel a lot and I feel the oligation to warn you about that hotel if you like comfort and silence. It is clean but very old design (50s or 60s maybe...) - you feel like at your grandma's home - I will try to add picture to my comment. In addition of the old design, my room (309) was very small. The wall is so thin that I heard everything (every every everything...) that happened in the next room. The shower is very small. The TV is very small too. In ocotber, they turned off the Air Conditioned so It was very warm in that small room. And the last bad thing but not the least: i pre paid for 5 night. Because of a strike at the airport, I had to shorten my stay for 1 night. The girl at the lobby never wanted to be comprehensive and they billed the 5 nights even if I stayed only 4... She lied a lot saying that she asked to her management etc (it was not possible, she hasn't enough time to call...and I think the boss was just near her...) It is a shame for an hotel to refuse to cancel one night when you tell them 2 days before... I sincerly advise to avoid that hotel.

My 3 girlfriends and I booked this stay for a week in Padova for the holidays. Despite the room being of decent standards and the expected breakfast being sufficient, the service was unsatisfactory and distasteful. The room we rented was supposed to be 2 single beds and 1 double bed. Due to a switch of one guest for a night, one single bed's sheets needed to be changed. To our surprise on coming back to the room at the end of the day, we noticed that the single double bed was changed to two single beds. This was done with no previous informing or inquiry. When we asked the receptionist the reason for this change, she denied our claims stating there were always 2 single beds. Now, how do 4 whole individuals remember the type of bed wrong? Did we all get amnesia in less than 24 hours? Well, according to the receptionist, we were lying and there were apparently 4 single beds all along, even though in our booking it said 2 singles and 1 double. We stated clearly the exchange of a guest and presented each guest's ID. Was our bed arrangement changed because of the primitive/baseless thought that black guests will bring in extra people to sleep in the room for free??! We will never know. Additionally, we had various hostile interactions with no prior provocation. The least a visitor expects from the stay they paid for is a basic, respectful and polite customer service. My friend reviewed on *********** to express her discontent with her experience and this is the response we got for our stay: ”Dear Juliette, we are very surprised by your review. First of all, nobody of our staff can be considered ******: we are a work team composed by people from South America to Germany, from Italy to Bangladesh. None of our staff members have ever had problems of racism one with the other or with our guests. Second, the room you booked was exactely the room we assigned to you: you ask for a 4-beds room with one large bed and 2 single beds, and that was the setting of the room. We also agree in making a change of linen because one of the guest was leaving the second day, replaced by another one. TTravel00485005287My husband and I booked a family room this year, just for the 2 of us , because that was all that was available - they are that popular! The room was in the newly renovated Galileo annex and it was wonderful: spacious & well-thought-out; the bathroom was great with a roomy fabulous shower, great water pressure & plenty of hot water. There was lots of closet space and storage, too. It was a partitioned studio, really with, in addition to the bedroom area, a sofa that also made into a bed (which we didn’t need.) All of this at a very reasonable rate! There was a heating issue that required a plumber (nothing major, but something that made us very uncomfortable.) The staff moved us to another room as soon as they were able ( it wasn’t easy because they were fully booked!) and I only write about this in order to demonstrate the kindness of the desk staff. Our new room was a double in the same annex; smaller, of course but also well-fitted. The other thing both rooms shared, unfortunately, was very spotty WIFI. If this is of great importance to you, I would suggest booking in the main building or another annex. This is the only reason I’ve given 4 instead of 5 stars. On a very bright note, after Covid the breakfast buffet has returned: plentiful with varied options ( yes, hot eggs! Beautiful, buttery scrambled eggs!) and, if not already included in your room rate, at a very reasonable 8€. And yes - we WILL gladly return!

Hotel well placed and equipped with all comforts. Beautiful pool as well as the sauna and steam room. Great restaurant, friendly and polite staff and reasonable prices. The poolside aperitif is wonderful and doesn't cost a fortune. The pool water temperature is very pleasant and never too hot.
