The hostel is perfectly located in Mexico City for everything you need, they have a great free walking tour and offer a lot of events to people staying there. I think there could be some improvements, we got the private room which was a lot smaller than expected and had no window. Also we stayed there for 3 nights and they never once cleaned the room. Generally they treat you as a dormitory hostel stayer, even if you are in the private room. There is also only 1 place to plug your phone in, so as a couple this was a bit inconvenient. I also would not recommend the breakfast, it’s very very basic and not really worth it.

Todo muy bien, la cama comodisima. El hotel precioso, la alberca súper bonita. Sugeriría ampliar el horario de la alberca ya que solo está abierta hasta las 6pm. También me pareció muy poco el desayuno incluido, sin mentir parecía un menú infantil.

Wonderful place to stay, comfy beds and excellent food in the restaurant. The nightly turndown service was appreciated. I would have liked slippers to wear to the pool and the elliptical machine was broken the entire week I was there. I would like to say upon checkout that I asked for a bottle of water for my long Uber ride and it seemed to be an unrealistic request!?

La atención del personal excelente, la alberca y el restaurante de primera calidad, y como cereza en el pastel, la cantante em vivo de la cena hizo todo perfecto. Si tuviera algo que mencionar para mejorar sería que la habitación no es insonora, probablemente sea porque estaba cerca de los restaurantes, no me molestó pero seguro podrían revisarlo
