Plaza Luna套房(Plaza Luna Suites)

This is a lovely hotel. The rooms and common areas are meticulously clean. The staff are welcoming and friendly and the breakfast is excellent. The breakfast area has a beautiful view of the port. The rooms themselves are very comfortable, with an almost Swedish simplicity of real wood and tiling. The location is excellent, right in the set beck from but right in the middle of the main street. My only suggestion for improvement is that the breakfast area be left open in the evening so that guests can sit up there to relax and not have to stay in their rooms.

The cutest little speak easy style hotel, you can't see it from the street, its nestled in between a store and bar lounge. Once I entered through the gate I was immediately greeted with lemons grass water and a warm hand towel. My room was conveniently located on the first floor. I had a lot of early excursion's, the staff was happy to make my breakfast early at 5:30 am. The property is super clean even out side in the common areas I could walk around barefoot and not even a grain of sand on my feet. Great service from all especially Dahlia who checked on me daily to ask how my excursions were going, she took extra care to make sure that I was a happy customer. I was sad to leave felt like home to me, I really appreciated the kindness from all the staff.

Plaza Luna was an excellent place to stay in Puerto Ayora! From Dalila’s (owner) welcome with cold towels and iced lemongrass tea the the helpful staff and delicious breakfast it was perfect. The location is great and the view from the breakfast patio is wonderful. I would highly recommend to anyone traveling here! Thank you!

We (hubby & I) are from Calgary Canada. We were welcomed upon arrival. Greeted with a glass of cool lemongrass water & a cool facecloth. Our room was spotless! Recommendation was Bahia Mar for dinner. ….Hotel dining room under Reno……meal & service & sea side table was 10/10.

The hotel exceeded our expectations; the hotel staff went above and beyond to check we were ok. They offer a boxed up breakfast to meet an early travel or excursion requirements, and have expert knowledge of the local area. The rooks were big, clean and one of the comfiest beds I've ever slept in! The location is spot on - I couldn't hear anything from the street outside and yet you're in the heart of puerto ayora. Best place to stay, we loved it.

We stayed at this hotel for two days after disembarking from 5 days on boat. We were warmly greeted and taken to a spacious, clean, well appointed room. The owner, Delia provided information and suggestions about the town. She clearly loves the city and knows everyone. Ask her about the history of the island and growing up on the island. Getting to know Delia and understanding the growth of the island made the trip more than just a stop over. Breakfast was very good. Staff handled special requests perfectly. Thank you for a great stay.

We stayed for 6 nights. Fantastic little hotel. Rooms are basic but beautifully clean and well maintained. No coffee maker but I brought my own Keurig and pods. Only word of caution: the beds are extra, extra firm which caused both of us a problem. Hotel owner, Dalila, is truly exceptional. Nothing is too much trouble. The best hostess we have had anywhere in the world. Her staff have been with her since she opened and they are all lovely. Breakfast is provided everyday and it was wonderful. Tons of restaurants around, go the ones recommended by Dalila so that you don’t get sick. The food we had was fabulous. The hotel (and town) is very safe. It’s secluded and very quiet, despite being on the main little road through the town. We had a wonderful time at the Plaza Luna Suites.

The owner met our group and shared her story. The room and roof restaurant were new, clean, and offered extra nice touches. There is a code to enter the courtyard from the street. Safe streets near good restaurants. Grand place that I highly recommend!

Dieses Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert, der Service ist exzellent und das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist das beste das ich auf meiner Südamerika Reise hatte. Die Zimmer sind sauber und sehr schön mit Klimaanlage. Zentrale Lage. Es gibt Wasser, Kaffee und Tee im Innenhof. Frühstück mit Blick aufs Meer.
