Located near to airport. Clean and modern hotel with good service. Hotel is directly facing the beach too. Easy access.

Mon séjour a été extrêmement reposant, les agents de l'accueil étaient disponibles et compétents (capables de parler en français), les agents du service de restauration et du bar également. Il était extrêmement plaisant d'être reconnu après seulement quelques jours (sauf par une ou deux personnes qui ne daignaient pas me dire bonjour, je pense à la serveuse Auri dont le comportement était selon moi problématique pour une serveuse et tranchait avec la sympathie de ses autres collègues). Les autres serveurs et serveuses étaient affables et soucieux de me servir au mieux. Seul point négatif: le ménage n'était pas correctement fait dans la salle de bain ou de manière trop rapide (poussière sous le lit). Par ailleurs, l'heure du ménage était fluctuante. Je le comprends parfaitement au regard du nombre de chambres à nettoyer sur l'hôtel mais une heure trop précoce alors que j'étais en train de dormir (ou me préparais dans la salle de bain) n'est pas adéquate pour l'intimité et la tranquillité. Je conseillerais néanmoins l'hipotels La Geria autour de moi, je ressens déjà les bienfaits de ce séjour !

Very friendly and attentive staff.. the room decor needs a refresh but it’s not too bad as you only need it for sleeping.. I booked two rooms for my family and had issues with the AC… it was either very loud, or not working efficiently. I’d recommend this place as the beach is literally on the door step, and nearby shops help you to get the basics.. If you’re a keen cyclist there are also local bike rental shops and plenty of dedicated cycle lanes.. Overall a decent hotel with great facilities for the family

Tout dit très bien. Tout le personnel est aux petits soins et agréable. Les animations présentes ne sont pas trop envahissantes. Point pour améliorer encore l’expérience : - plus d’équipements dans la salle de sport - un billard gratuit et non à deux euros la partie Mais c’était très bien. Merci.

Très bel établissement avec de très nombreuses activités à disposition. Des belles chambres bien équipées. Pour nous le seul bémol a été le buffet. Nous étions en formule demi-pension et la matin comme le soir, bien que le buffet soit très bien garnis la nourriture n’y est pas très bonne. De plus un soir de la semaine nous nous sommes vu l’entrée refusée au restaurant sous couvert de notre tenue vestimentaire non adapté. C’était très désagréable d’autant plus que nous avons vu entrer des gens habillés en tenu de plage et de sport au même moment sans qu’aucune remarque ne leur soit fait. Nous étions simplement en short de ville et en robe simple pour Mme. La personne a l’entrée du restaurant a voulu faire du zèle ou a fait preuve de discrimination c’était vraiment le gros point noir du séjour. Pour le reste il s’agit d’un très bel hôtel avec de beaux équipements seul le buffet n’est pas terrible.

Bella struttura, camera vista oceano spaziosa e pulite anche se da rimodernare. tutto il personale sempre disponibile e gentile. Colazione, pranzo e cena a buffet con molta scelta. Sala da pranzo bar e piscina molto spaziosi e moderni. Animazione serale sempre varia di qualità ma non invasiva.

El hotel está cerca del aereopuerto y está bien. Nosotros temíamos sólo desayuno y genial la comida. En cambio el colchón fatal, super blando y no hacía falta pesar mucho para ser hundido. La toalla tuve que dejarla al suelo y nunca fue cambiada.... no esta mal pero deben mejorar. El personal amable y simpatico.

I just can say WOW!!! This hotel has best price-quality ratio…. Great location, on the beach, recently refurbished, staff very kind… 10 min from airport… Only missing coffee machine in the room to be perfect… We will return asap…

Very nice hotel.... staff were very good, polite etc, and nothing was too much trouble. Hotel was very modern, and extremely clean, credit to the staff... We stayed B&B, breakfast was exellent with plenty choice. Room again was really nice, beds comfortable.. To be fair we have stayed in Hiphotels before, Mallorca... this hotel was on par with their high standards we experienced in the past. So in short, great hotel... I would go back without a doubt..

The hotel and pool area are lovely and the staff were brilliant! Always happy to help with anything. We had breakfast incl. Which was amazing! Lots of choice and always fresh. The only negatives we had was the air conditioning in the room which wasn’t working well at all and considering the weather it was pretty warm. Also cracked tiles on the balcony floor. The rooms definitely need a little refurb.

Struttura molto bella , internazionale, vicina a servizi esterni come un supermercato. Personale gentile e disponibile La mia richiesta fatta allultimo minuto di una camera vista mare è stata soddisfatta in pieno. Tornerei sicuramente

Everything was very good about the hotel. The staff were helpful and cheerful. The unheated freezing swimming pool was a real negative for me and would make me consider staying elsewhere next time. Many of the loungers by the pool had towels on them but were unattended for hours and nothing was done about it.

This hotel is in a great location; not too far from the airport and in a quieter part of Puerto del Carmen but still with plenty to do. You could access the beach (which is lovely) and promenade easily using the front gate of the hotel. Our room (332) was disappointing. It was small, dated and with a very poor view from the balcony. The air conditioning was non existent so it was stuffy and very noisy yet couldn’t switch it off fully. We weren’t keen on the memory foam bed and the flooring was lifting and tiles in bathroom/balcony cracked. It was however very clean so managed to cope with it for the length of our stay (3 nights). It would have been a nice touch to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room too. All communal facilities in contrast were fantastic: very modern and airy. The pool was a beautiful setting to relax in and the bar was a nice layout also with entertainment every evening we were there. Once again nice and clean throughout Staff throughout the hotel were warm and welcoming providing good service. All seemed happy in their work which is a good sign. Food was always delicious with the small exception of the fried eggs at breakfast. There was plenty of choice as you would expect in a buffet, hot food was served nice and hot. Plenty of freshly cooked meats available and delicious breads. Beverages were local ones as is often the case and you could get most the basics on all inclusive. However it was not fully inclusive

Lovely Hotel in great position near to beach. Good food,lovely staff. Refurbished rooms with walk in showers excellent. Good bus service into busier Puerto del Carmen . Also bus to Cota Tequise.
