巴塔哥尼亞貝斯特韋斯特酒店(Best Western Patagonia)

Muy buen hotel, no habia mucha gente entonces se sentia super tranquilo. Hay que ir con un buen vehículo, hay que subir un camino que no esta tan bueno. Buen desayuno y wifi. Reciben con un pisco sour gratis y agua. Queda un poco retirado de natales, no es como para ir sin auto.

Un par de veces en este hotel, ahora Best Western Patagonia. El personal es cálido y amable. Las habitaciones con una vista inmejorable. Tanto la cena como el desayuno estuvieron muy bien. Destaco la atención de Daniela en la recepción, Aldana en el bar, y Nancy en la cena y el desayuno. Absolutamente recomendado.

Couple of miles out of town with ZERO signage, which is ok but very hard to location (find the turn off) and almost impossible at night. Not available on google maps or Apple. Staff friendly and spoke English. Breakfast limited and below other hotels in area. Room clean and WiFi good.

Este hotel es muy cálido desde su estructura hasta su equipo de trabajo y eso se complementa con una vista maravillosa al fiordo. Todo esto con una decoración sobria y acogedora qué pasa por la pulcritud arquitectónica y su calidez que hacen que uno se sienta como en casa. Felicitaciones a su personal que dan todo su cariño desde la recepción hasta los sabrosos platos que prepara el chef.

Terrible road into hotel. Staff very rude and don't trust them. Souvenir wine glass stolen from room and front staff said it was our problem. Didn't want to even try to find. Unsafe feeling. Do not recommend this place.

I typically don't leave negative reviews, however I this one is warranted. We booked this hotel as a bit of a splurge to celebrate the end of our hike in Patagonia. One big selling point was thay they had hot tubs which would have been very welcome after spending a week on the trail. When we arrived, we were very much looking forqard to getting a shower. Unfortubstely there was no hot water. We also found that our double room had two single beds. When we address these issues with the staff they did nothing to help. I can understand that they aren't plumbers and can't fix the water on a whim, however when I inquired about getting a cold shower then jumping in the hot tubs they wanted to charge an additional $35000 CLP and said it woukd take at least an hour to get the hot tubs running. It was a frustrating experience. The good is that the facilities are new and modern and the rooms have a great view. Unfortunately the staff weren't as nice as the hotel.

The view from the room was very beautiful. We had to drive on a dirt road for a good distance to get to the main road and the ride was bumpy. The road to the property needs to be tarred for ease of accesss. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Equipe atenciosa e gentil, tanto na recepção como no restaurante, quartos confortáveis e limpos, bom restaurante, a equipe preparou café da manhã especial para os dias que saímos muito cedo para os passeios. Único ponto desfavorável é a falta de elevadores. Quando chegamos, a recepcionista gentilmente subiu com nossas malas, mas na verdade, o hospede é quem sobe com suas malas dois andares. Não existem facilidades para cadeirantes, O hotel é bom só precisa investir em um elevador.

Cuando las diferentes ofertas de hoteles en un area como Puerto Natales son similares, será el staff quienes marcarán al momento de elegir al mejor. Cordialidad y amabilidad en todo momento harán de su estadía un segundo hogar.
