The elevator was out of service and the hotel is located on the 3d floor. Staff is polite. Upon our request we were provided with the kettle. The towels were with dirty spots.

The place is clean, the workers are actually friendly. Bedroom was comfortable. A/c was cold. My stay was very comfortable. I would come back again. I had to change to a 4 star d/t my ride to the airport is late. Hopefully, not too late that I missed my flight.

The first thing I really love when we stay here in Empire Suites is the smile and very welcoming front office duty his name is Teody, he is a very attentive and accommodating person he assisted us very well in our request and also, they showed us the all rooms type so we are able to choose what best for my family and the hotel is clean and neat and very refreshing since we are tired from our travel. Micah and Teody Very good and loving people. They make you feel that you are at home and not a stranger, and I was sick for four days, and they took care of me in everything, even breakfast. They called me and asked me if I wanted breakfast or not, and the room was always clean and the cleaning staff were all lovely people They are good and work seriously. The place is very special. I advise anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness and good people to go to this place.
