巴拉望花酒店(Hotel Fleuris)

We booked 2 rooms last minute reservation (3 days prior to arrivals) to tag along with my family who booked at Hotel Fleuris. I had communicated with the Hotel staff after booking of our arrival information and requesting to be near each other. The staff were very accommodating. They placed all of our 6 rooms total in the same floor and rooms were available when arrived at 8am. The location was perfect!!! It's located across SM Mall which made it convenient for our non speaking Filipino teenagers to walk freely to the mall on their own. Thank you Hotel Fleuris Staff for taking care of our family.

Hotel staff were friendly. But not much in area to be honest. And water was not warm

My room overlooked the pool- it was magical! The only bad thing was that I had only one night and no chance to swim.

Great time with super friendly and caring staff, all our personal requests were granted without hesitation. All staff members always ready to help, truly a wonderful stay and highly recommend! A hotel with the true heart of the Palawenos!

Excellent location, no elevators or coffee making facilities in rooms. Room service was very fast and all the staff were beyond helpful and wonderful to deal with. It was a very clean and nice place to stay with a huge Mall just across the road which was perfect.

Very scruffy place.. felt like I was checking into a prison. Shappy decor and furniture , net curtains were rotting. Breakfast à la carte was a let down, 2 small bits of chicken adobe. I can’t understand the many positive reviews for this place. We checked out after the 1st night.

I came back to this hotel since my choice was still not operational. Nothing improved- musty rooms, poor taste in decors, poor taste in food and poor communication from staff. Some of them try but they fall short of the expectation given the price. Hand sanitizers were not refilled.

We were not pick up in the airport for ******* did not coordinate with then our schedule of check in and arrival . Other thing that ******* did not coordinate was our tour the number you gave was cannot be contacted , the River tour they cancelled on the day of the tour that I was upset for that was the reason why we visited the place . I finally they contacted us after an hour late of our pick up scheduled just to informed the trip was canceled. I refused to be canceled and demanded us to be transferred in another tour group otherwise we will let them pay our plane ticket and our hotel . So they are forced to provide us another tour group . Your rate to us is very high when we direct to them it much cheaper and you don’t provide a good coordination service . Once you got the payment , we are of it’s own which was very stressful for your telephone number you provided no body return the call . I cancelled the second tour Honda bay 3 days ahead of time of the actual schedule so we expect a refund for that . since in your guide line 3 days a head cancellation. With this bad experience with ******* poor coordination and service we don’t like to use ******* at all nor recommend to our friends and family . Please improve your service .
