No regresaría a este hotel me quedé con muy mala experiencia, mi habitación tuve que reclamar para la limpieza, no ponían agua diario, solo está lleno el frigobar cuando llegas se ahí en adelante ni jabón te surten, algunos empleados te tratan super mal pero ves como tratan a los extranjeros y es de pena ajena en tu propio país te traten mal, lo único que lo salva es el encargado del restaurante italiano, lo demás pésimo.

Esperaba más del hotel, realmente por el precio, las instalaciones son viejas y están descuidadas, la comida en el restaurante mexicano es muy precaria, no deberían llamarlo especialidad pues en realidad tiene más variedad el buffet, el sabor no es bueno les falta mucho sazón, nos preguntaron si festejabamos algo y les dijimos que aniversario, nos hicieron presentar acta de matrimonio y prometieron una amenidad que nunca tuvimos, el trato del personal muy amable a excepción de la seguridad en la playa que se portó muy grosero cuando solicitamos tener un masaje de pies de un señor ambulante y nos pidió que saliéramos del área de camastros para que no lo dieran, cuando el huésped era yo y jamás me ofrecieron ese servicio en el hotel, tuvimos que tomar el masaje sentados en una silla, los meseros de la playa solo aparecieron un día, no te rellenan el frigobar más que con agua en toda tu estancia, no volvería a este hotel sinceramente

Hotel viejo y las habitaciones y ropa de cama olían mucho a humedad. De plano pedimos cambio de habitación. Los "cupones de descuento" del spa son para utilizarce en otra propiedad ya que no te los hacen válidos ahi. El mini-bar no se rellena de manera gratuita. Menú muy limitado. No está del todo mal, pero para ser "todo incluído" por ese precio hay mejores opciones.

No hay variedad en la comida y los meseros son groseros sobre todo los de las barras de bebidas parece que te hacen un favor cuando pagas por un buen servicio

Opinión honesta, el hotel NO vale lo que cuesta, es un All Inclusive bastante caro, los alimentos en todos los restaurantes son de calidad regular a pésima, honestamente la comida deja mucho que desear, prefería salir a comer y cenar a restaurantes fuera del hotel que hacer mis comidas ahí. Las bebidas de igual manera son básicas, no dan mucho que desear. Honestamente no volvería a hospedarme sabiendo qué hay mejores propuestas en base al mismo costo por persona.

El personal necesita ser motivado y capacitar en calidad de atención al cliente. La comida no es de gran calidad. Entregan habitaciones de manera tardía y no tienen consideración con los clientes.

Perfect for our large (18) family group. Lots of things for the kids to do. Food was very good. Service is excellent. This is a resort with heart. Everyone genuinely kind and helpful. Place is a little aged but looks like it is undergoing continuous renovation and maintenance. Rooms were clean. Didn’t opt for sun club but don’t think we missed out. No problem getting loungers at the pool or beach if you go reasonably early. No

Things we liked: The service around the pool was great. Kids enjoyed the slides and the activities. Things we didn't like: Food was mediocre at best. Same food every day, lack of variety. Ran out of food and particular alcoholic beverages on a daily basis. The service at the restaurants was not very good and the wait staff wasn't very attentive/helpful. Couldn't get simple questions answered. You had to pay someone to reserve lounge chairs by pool area/beach, even though reserving chairs is supposedly against the rules. A lot of the interactions make you feel like the staff is constantly trying to sell you things that were already included in your rate. For instance, if you want a guaranteed table at one of the dinners on the beach, you have to buy an overpriced bottle of booze. The reality was, that as long as you go in line when they open the beach for dinner you most likely got a table and it was free. They have rules that aren't shared prior to booking or even at check in. For instance, for men to go to the restaurant by the pool they have to wear a shirt with sleeves. Also to go to the Italian restaurant children must be 8 and they maintain a list of the age of our kids while you are staying there. Finally, they advertise as all-inclusive and that is not true. They stock the fridge in your room on day one for free but charge you $45/day if you request anything after day one. Room service is also an extra charge and takes a few hours to get to you.
