蒙大拿瑟西恩太陽之歌酒店(Canto del Sol Sección Montaña)

Todo muy excelente, el personal muy atento amable, nos gustó el trato, la comida muy rica , la habitación muy bien, el snack muy rico la pala de bebidas muy bien, las albercas con muy buena temperatura, pero los del staff de actividades de 10 con Kari, René, Liz nos hicieron trabajar y relajarnos pero Kari excelente nos cayó súper bien, regresaré Pronto primeramente Dios.

Excelente trato del personal , En especial HORACIO y los animadores con las actividades familiares. Kari Alexander Andrés ( Así es... Así es ) Mauren Jessica Gill Bebidas , juegos, musica,volleyball de todo .

Había estado en este hotel en marzo pasado, la verdad todo excelente. Sin embargo regresamos en mayo de este año y ohhh sorpresa el buffet muy malito desayuno, comida y cena. Me imagino q la razón habíamos puros mexicanos!!!. La vez anterior marzo 2023 la mayoría eran canadienses y el buffet excelente, 2 meses después el 97% de la ocupación éramos mexicanos y las cosas cambiaron radicalmente. El hotel tiene q poner atención en este punto. La atención del equipo de actividades muy bien en especial Mau y Kari. La habitación bien en cuanto a comodidad y limpieza.

En el restaurante el pescador la atención tan eficiente y amable de Monserrat e Islanda, muy atentas a lo que se ocupara, siempre en todo momento para recoger los platos, ofrecer bebidas estar al pendiente de todo

Me la pasé de maravilla, el servicio muy excelente y jari de actividades super excelente, la comida muy rica, los empleados con muy serviciales , mi habitación muy bien, las albercas muy bien. Todo excelente Volveremos en noviembre.

NO! This the old building. Make sure you book in the new building. We had no idea. The hotel photos and info were deceiving. Service at the front desk is horrible. Too many vendors in your face at the beach. Rocky beach too. Make sure you bring your water shoes. Restaurants service and food were good.

This was our 4th visit to Canto del Sol and we are sorry to say that the level of customer service has declined considerably. Many of the staff seem disinterested in helping the guests. They seem to be preocupied most of the time. The reservations lady seemed to be trying to hide all the time to avoid customer contact. The front desk (recepcion) seemed to be generally unconcerned with their guests wellbeing. The wait staff (meseros, servidores, bartenders,cosineros etc were top notch.as were the house cleaning staff...first class in every respect, however this didn't make up for the pitiful service up front. Security was excellent too. One other problem was that the chairs around the pool and on the beach would not allow you to get into a comfortable position for reading....you always had to lean way too far back . I'm sorry to say that we will not be staying at this hotel again until they work on these issues.

It's a dump! wouldn't stay there again if they paid me to just read a review that tells us that the poolside toilets are still out of order ... and that's one month since we were there. Food ? garbage. Snack bar ? lousy staff? mostly good but the porters always looking for tips.

Hello Myself and my wife both dined in the Italian restaurant last night 19th , we would like to say a big thank you to Silva whom greeted us at the entrance, her customer service was of the highest standard. The food was outstanding, the white wine was nice and cold as it should be. The service by the staff was outstanding, the ambience, decor of the restaurant made you feel you were in an Italian restaurant. A massive big thank you for an enjoyable meal . Would you kindly past our appreciation on to all staff from us .
