Good location nearby malls and supermarkets, all included in the hotel, funny activities every day, big rooms in good conditions, the buffet was really good

Just stayed for one day, but it took 2 hours to check in. Not how I expected to spend the afternoon. Junior suite was roomy, though.

Very good experience. Good pools. Good rooms. Very good food.

Good location for this hotel which has some great authentic rooms. We had a fourth floor bi level room with a super comfortable king sized bed. There was a deck out back and front overlooking the quiet pool area. The breakfast Buffett was great. They only supplied bottles water the first day even though we stayed a week, and getting coffee, cream and sugar was a challenge as staff would conveniently forget to fulfil our requests. We eventually walked across the street to buy some at the grocery store. The pools were good although requiring some small maintenance. The staff were generally helpful overall. We had a 4 cheese pizza and which had processed cheese slices as the fourth cheese! Really? Otherwise no concerns about the food, just not amazing. The beach access was convenient and Vball and kayaking was a regular choice for myself.

Appreciated being fairly close to downtown. Enjoyed the beach and the fitness activities... plus a few others. Kudos to the hard working Activity Team. Kitchen in Junior Suite is not really adequate for cooking major meals. My biggest concern is the total lack recycling...not even a garbage can specifically for drink cans and bottles.

We’ve stayed here a number of times and return because it meets our needs. This time we requested a quiet room because one of us is recovering from a medical issue and noise was a problem for us. However, they gave us a very, very noisy room! We work in PV and needed to have a small meeting. And although we have a hotel brochure that says outside guests are welcome, the front desk was rude and adamant that their policy was, no guests. It was insulting to our guests to be denied entrance. The staff in the restaurant serving breakfast were amazing! Staff at the beach were amazing too. Some of the front desk staff were great, others were not. Cleaning staff had to be chased around just to get towels changed. I guess they were very busy. Other than these few annoyances, the hotel offers everything we need.

Booked king size bed(not available). They must of recently painted dresser(TV control,and my brochures stuck to it). They did change us room. No hot water in kitchen sink. Shower had reverse taps; however the staff, the gardening hard working staff, the aqua aerobic instructor (Leo) was excellent. It was still a pleasant stay. We are glad to have visited Puerta Vallarta
