The service was great and professional. We stayed only for 2 nights to go on the boat tour to the antarctic. I'm really happy towards the end where we checked out but we were allowed to keep our luggages at the hotel while we explored the city for the last time. The young staff, didn't catch his name, was very helpful and assisted us with ordering a 🚕. Only downside would be the carpet in the room didn't look very clean, but aside from that it was great.

南極大陸旅行のためのベースホテルとして利用しました。シーサイドのキングベッドで、南極に行く前と帰ったあと快適に滞在できました😊バスタブもあり、更に快適です。朝食も明るいレストランで美味しくいただけます。別のホテルと比べ、居心地は格段に良いです。ただ、海岸にあるので、市内中心から外れます。が、中心へも１０分かからず、逆に、マゼラン海峡を散歩する人々がホテルの窓から見え、心が温まりました! 間違いなく、ここが一番です!

Como sempre foi uma estadia muito tranquila. Excelente localização, próximo a restaurantes, centro e zona franca, quartos espaçosos, silêncio a todo momento, cama confortável, banheiro de tamanhos normais, tem estacionamento, o café da manhã não é lá essas coisas, mas supri a necessidade.

工作人員不友善並且希望賺更多錢。我的入住時間是下午 1 點，但我被要求支付 45 美元提前入住，並被告知酒店入住時間是下午 2 點。 ******** 預訂時明確註明是下午 1 點辦理入住。簡直就是敲詐！

I booked a sea view room, and got a nice 2nd floor room with a view of the parking lot out back. Staff at the desk weren't friendly. Otherwise, property was clean and the breakfast was nice I guess. The parking lot was cool.

Comfortable hotel en Puntas Arenas. Nothing special about that place but the location is great. Nice view on the water and close to downtown. Very good service and breakfast. A solid option.

Buen lugar para alojarse. Céntrico, con salida hacia todas las direcciones. Desayuno muy bueno. Es evidente que le falta mantenimiento (se nota en algunos detalles).

El hotel tiene muy buena ubicacion, muy limpio, muy amable su personal con muy buena disponibilidad, el desayuno bueno pero todos los dias lo mismo, recomendable

Muy buen hotel en lo relativo a instalaciones, sin embargo la comida del Restaurante es mala y el desayuno podría mejorar

Buen hotel, de fácil acceso y estaba mejor que en mi última estadía de 2020

O hotel está precisando de Manutençao e o café da manhã é bem fraco

Bang for the buck can’t beat it. Very accommodating staff. Easy walking distance to center of town. Highly recommend.
