Esperava bem mais do hotel e da cadeia Iberostar. Serviço ruim. Banheiros fechados ou com manutenção ruim. Dificuldade enorme em agendar os restaurantes. Tomou mais de 1 hora para conseguei. Pedimos berço no quarto na reserva e não tinham colocado. Demorou mais de 1 hora para chegar. O buffet com pouca variedade e pouca reposição de comida. Muitas coisas acabavam e não eram repostas (destaque para a guacamole). Som alto na piscina. Temperatura da água da piscina um gelo. Não nos avisaram sobre a necessidade de levar garrafa de água. As que nos disponibilizaram eram de vidro e uma delas quebrou ao lado da nossa bebe. Enfim, se quiserem ter hospedes satisfeitos, há muito a se fazer. Experiência péssima

Logo que chegamos fizemos o upgrade paga o coral level, café exclusivo, piscina exclusiva vale mto a pena. Jardins mto bem cuidados, estruturas, um dica quando chegar reserve todos os restaurantes pois em cima da hora nunca tem vaga e você irá parar no bandejão.

Worst experience I ever had in a resort . Was not able to sleep at night as the air conditioner does not work. Please before booking make sure ac unit if working. Was told ac has been broken for weeks and hotel is waiting for parts from Spain to get it fix. Staff was very friendly but again if a hotel in a hot country does not have air conditioned rooms might as well go else where. Management seem not to care about the issue . While I was there more then 50 rooms was complaining they try to accommodate but they knew it wasn’t gonna work, I’m saying more then 50 because we was a party of 70 and had same issues . Never will visit this hotel in my life again .

Pros: food was good. The buffet had lots of options and was always good. Steakhouse and Italian restaurant was good. Japanese was good also but they only give you small portions and it’s only chicken, steak, and shrimp with fried rice. We were only served a drink one time too. Not worth the time. Cons: everything else. It is very hot and humid here and you want a room with good A/C but they don’t have that here. We had to change rooms because the A/C didn’t work in one of them and they can’t fix it. The next room it barely worked and that’s all they can do about it. The restaurants don’t really have A/C either. So, you will be sweating everywhere you go except inside the coffee shop and marketplace store. We had 4 oceanfront suites and none of the A/C’s really worked. Will any of us come back “no” but we did have a fun time. Is it worth it “no”. It’s also not a kid friendly place and here in the DR there isn”t much to do for kids. My advice is go to Puerto Rico or Mexico. Both places are 10 times better than here. We made some good memories but none of us will be back to this resort or DR. The service is also really slow so be prepared for that. This place cuts corners in being cheap. That’s why they don’t have bottled water or fix anything except the landscape. Save your money and time and go somewhere else.

The bathroom had bugs and a foul odor The AC was not working as expected. One night I went to the front desk to get help with the AC and the guy there and the one who was going to help me treated me like it was my fault. I felt so bad. The buffet variety was poor The hotel requires upgrades in many areas The Japanese restaurant is like a sauna, with NO AC. At the night show, they turn off the lights at 11:15. Like saying: go to your rooms, it is over. The coffee shop lady was spectacular I would avoid this hotel.

We went as a group of 6 families and many of us had rooms where AC did not work. They moved us to another room but AC did not work their either. One room stunk of sewer backup. The front desk staff was not very accommodating even after all these issues. They would not make advance reservation for the restaurant but when we tried to make it once we got there, they would not accommodate us. Overall, trip would have been lot more fun if we did not have these issues.

Un hotel en muy malas codiciones y el perosnal no es nada a lo que es el servicio de RD solo 3 personas ayudron a que pasarmos bien nuetra estadia fue una desepcion total

Es un hotel magnifico, el trato de su personal es estupendo, alimentos para todo tipo de preferencias y culturas, altamente recomendado.

The room has some plumbing issues. The shower draining was clogged, and take them 2 days to change our room. The food was not exceptional as other location that we have stayed.
