La nourriture était excellente! Nous étions dans la section El Beso donc nous avions accès au restaurant Pez et le service et la nourriture étaient toujours parfait! Seul point à corriger, en entrant, tous les restaurants vous demande si vous avez des allergies. Cependant, même si vous nommez vos allergies, aucune considération n’y est fait lors des services…

Este hotel es uno 10 estrellas, los empleados son serviciales y muy amable. En especial el agente de ******* Carlos Carter y en el front desk el Sr. Marcos Garcia

Gracias por toda la atención recibida de ustedes. Las facilidades excelentes, los restaurantes "ni hablar" son riquísimos, las piscinas espaciosas y variadas. Muy buena variedad musical y espectaculos. Una de los lugares que más me encantó fue el Lobby, lo espacioso, cómodo y su barra exquisita. La limpieza excelente. La piscina privada en el Swim Up Junior Suite fascinante y la habitación (12109) Buenísima. Les doy de 5 Estrellas, 10. Gracias y esperamos con la ayuda de Dios regresar. The service from the moment we entered property was exceptional. without asking Carlos sent us an email asking how he could help make our stY better. He was able to make ***i nee reservations a d assist in any questuons or reqyests we had. it has been a long time since we felt this type of superior Customer Service from the staff but especially Carlos. Thank You Carlos

Excelentes atenciones desde antes de llegar por parte de Carlos y Marcos, el bar el beso de la playa fantástico, las atenciones maravillosas de Dauri y Emanecio y la amabilidad de Alexander.

Pros. I loved my rooftop jacuzzi room. The pools are nice, the property is clean. Lots of activities and places to go to on the resort! The staff was amazing: Carlos Carter from online concierge was the best. He was checked in on me to see how i was doing AND he even went as far as to book restaurant reservations for me! Im very grateful for his help! Also Esteban in the animation team was great and fun! He really kepts the pool vibes going! The bartenders, Francis, Duari, Javier, Emanecio, Leidy, and Claudia made sure my drinks were yummy! They were also great to talk to and very helpful. Cons: food was subpar. Didnt taste the best and a lot of it was cold. The resort is huge. My room was the last building so pretty far from the lobby and restaurants. They do have gulf carts that will take you around but i think they should run on a time schedule because they seldom came to my part of the building so i always would end up walking very far distances. Also, i love the beach but i think they should have signs that Sea Urchins are on the beach property. Multiple ppl stepped on them. I ended up getting pricked just by standing in water. I needed a tetanus shot when i got back to the US.

Property itself is beautifully done. Very spacious, lots of entertainment, and restaurants. However, it lacks maintenance for a relatively new resort. There are visible cracks, paint chipping off the buildings - there is no upkeep. The lobby is impecable though. The food at restaurants were great, but terrible at the buffet. Reservations are required at some restaurants and close to impossible to get. I hate to say that the service was not good at all. If you call front desk, they do not answer, our friends AC broke, and they didn’t change their room until 9 pm, we had an ******* credit and hoped to use at the spa, and one rep told us one thing, and at check out, it was something else and had to pay. There is very poor communication amongst staff. Lots of room for improvement.

The staff were impeccable! They were all so very friendly and attentive. My room was cleaned everyday which was nice. They did come to the room quite often, which made me a little weary and confused as to why they were there so often. Nothing was ever missing though! I would recommend purchasing the privilege package if you are able to. As they offer exclusive services to privileged members. The resort is extremely huge and there are plenty of things to do. That being said, LOTS of walking! Privilege members have access to a pick up service within the resort in case you’re not wanting to make the walk from the lobby to your room or wherever else. There’s so many activities to take part in that we didn’t find the need to leave the resort very often! We did a half day excursion and that was perfect! Overall I would recommend this resort and probably stay here again!
