Personalmente el servicio a la clientela, es súper importante pero no Estoy de acuerdo con la descriminacion y la faltan de respeto al cliente . Personalmente me sentí un mucho poco libre en el hotel por parte del encargado deberían de darle un curso de relaciones humanas y respeto al color raza y credo. El resto del personal encantador los recepcionistas las personas de servicio a habitaciones, cocina meseras el velador mi agradecimiento a esa gente trabajadora . Una profunda pena que los jefes tengan peor actitud y poco tacto hacia el cliente, sin querer perjudicar a nadie

Väldigt enkelt och billigt hotell. Helt ok rum, däremot väldigt mycket ljud från väg mm. Restaurangen var helt ok.

The Resort is amazing. The area is beautiful, and if you play golf (very expensive) you can see the most amazing view as at least 9 of the holes run along the ocean. I visited with my wife and my son and his wife and my 8 year old grandson. Beautiful, Beautiful, Beautiful. The 1 bedroom villas were very comfortable and had wonderful outdoor space with a pool and sitting area. The golf was amazing (did I mention expensive) and Nelson, our caddie, made the challenging course very manageable. An international clientele, beach with sand like powder, friendly waves that kids can manage, and beach chairs a plenty. The look is friendly, with amazing thatched roofed buildings that make you feel you are in Caribbean paradise. We had a great time. NOW - the best. Concierge: Alberto - the joy of having all of your needs, problems, what should I do? moments taken care of. Golf:The course was in great shape, challenging holes, hard to stick greens but generous fairways - no trees. Most of all fantastic views. A good caddy is essential for navigating the course. Nelson, our caddy was our guy. He told us where to hit, how to play the wind, and quickly keyed into our abilities (or inabilities) for club selection. The best for last: Massage Therapist: I have issues with my lower back and lately my shoulders and upper back. Yes, I am older. I get massages about once every 4-6 weeks and some are good others not so much. Elisa was exceptional. She worked my shoulders, neck and upper back, and my lower back with deep massage that was unique in my experience. Her stretch of my quads, fairly intense, was surprisingly effective, and I stretch a lot. She is not going to make a crippled person walk or a blind man see but she gave the best massage I have had in a long time. My backache is chronic. I told my family afterwards that I felt buoyant, like I could float. Great place. I'm going back.

Solo por pasar la noche, en mala ubicación, baño sucio,todo olía a pecueca

Tv did not work and it seem the manager knew about it and pretended he was surprised. Rooms were unsecured as if anyone could walk off the street and enter.

A experiência não é muito boa, recomendo no máximo uma noite. A rua faz muito barulho, o colchão é ruim, e não há água quente. O staff é bem educado, e a limpeza é satisfatória.

Me intentaron cobrar de más por usar mi tarjeta, habitación fría y anticuada, mal servicio de welcome...

Excelente servicio, personal muy amable y atención.
