珍珠樹酒店和度假村(Pearltree Hotels and Resorts)

We set out from Kolkata at 0800 h on 01 Nov 23 enroute to Purulia. A member of our family was a cadet in Sainik school way back in '70s. We had stopped enroute for lunch at a Dhaba. We arrived at Pearl Tree at about 1800 h and met up at reception with Mr Gaurav and Mr Sadat. We tried to explain that this was the first time an accommodation booked via Trivago did not offer complimentary breakfast. After long conversation with Mr Sadat remarking "You don't understand" but failing to offer alternatives. We asked him to approach his superior and seek whether "complimentary breakfast" could be offered. Rigid as he was, we said charge us the amount Rs 300/= per head. The 5 of us were senior Veterans. The accommodation was nice. Regrettably the breakfast offered was without imagination. Overall the reception dialogue was witnessed by a Mr Vidyarthi (understand he is in Marketing and Brand ***aging). We departed on AM 03 Nov 23.

This still probably is the best property of Purulia, India and that’s why I have been staying here for almost a decade. However, this time my experience was different as I see the deterioration. Room 603 had terrible smell. In addition, we reserved two rooms with twine beds for four of us (two of us with two children) between June 1-4. I mistakenly put 1 adult in each room while reserving at makymytrip.com. They were very quick to put a surcharge for the kids. I felt offended as this never happens anywhere in the world. We reserved two twine rooms for a reason but for the ***ager extracting my money using the loopholes seemed to be more important than considering an honest mistake. You probably will lose my business from next time.

Excellent Stay with Value for Money. Staff were all cordial and were able to show their warmth towards customers. Food quality was superb specially Chinese and Continental dishes that we had. Room decor, hygiene including washroom, bathroom was once again superb. Would love to revisit

Located conveniently in the heart of the city, Peartree offers you nice rooms, good facilities (gym, pool, spa, mall next door) and good service. Recommended for a stay in the city. The restaurant and the lounge are nice.

We had an amazing stay at the Pearltree hotel. Will recommend to all our family and friends. Thanks to the entire Pearltree team for their superb service.
