阿拉姆巴格普什卡別墅(Aaram Baagh Pushkar by Pachar Group)

Une nuit en mai 2023. Un beau potentiel et un site très beau. Pour le reste c'est une catastrophe. Nous n'avons rarement vu un établissement aussi sale. Pour la chambre ce fut des draps de lit plein de trous, un cafard mort dans une pièce, pas d'eau chaude, pas de wifi, des traces noires non définissables sur les murs et les encadrements de portes et une climatisation infernale. Pour le restaurant ce fut idem avec nappes constellées de taches, couverts douteux, verres non lavées, auréoles d'inondation au plafond et restauration très bas de gamme. Dommage de gâcher le bon potentiel de cette hôtel avec un tel état de saleté.

C'est par un petit chemin de terre que le bus nous a mené vers cet énorme complexe qui de premier abord et de nuit, semblait très beau. Malheureusement il s'avère que de jour, toute la décoration extérieure est vieillotte, les peintures ne sont pas reprises, les fontaines sont vides, sentiment de gâchis.. seule la végétation est très bien entretenue. Le complexe est divisé en blocs. Chaque bloc est aux couleurs d'un pays, nous avons été logé dans le bloc " Chine". La chambre était très grande et avait une piscine privée. Malheureusement, il n'y avait pas de robinetterie donc elle était inutilisable... Large choix de nourriture au petit déjeuner mais nous avons trouvé des fourmis dans la confiture qui était par ailleurs périmée... propreté plus que douteuse vers les cuisines.. WiFi uniquement à l'accueil, à plusieurs dizaines ou centaines de mètres de la chambre ...

Everything was so good, whether the ambience, a**osphere, Rooms, Food, restaurant, Playing Area etc. The Biggest strength of the property is there Staff specially Mr Bhupendra Ji who was always there for any sort of help and was highly cooperative. This was thesecodna even we did in a row just because of the courteous behavior and support of the entire staff at the property lead by Bhupendra Ji. I would recommend everyone to come here and enjoy your day with all basic needs you require.

It's a great experience to visit the property. Great ambience & excellent service and special thanks to Guest ***ager Mr chouhan who serve us seamless service and everything what is beyond our expectation, we would like to visit this property during ***soon as well. Kalbelia dance is impressive ***** with heritage feel as well as different international cultures.

terrible experience. the food is expensive but the quality is literally pathetic. even the dining plates were dirty. the veg and non veg menu is mixed and there is no seperate kitchen. the room is not clean. the tv is not working. there were no water bottles inside the room. the staff is even worse. would never suggest anyone to stay here.
