嘉文特爾濱海廣場酒店(Marina Plaza by Garvetur)

Muy ágiles y amables en el registro, un poco tarde la hora de entrada (17:00), hay que dejar fianza de 300 € (lo comunican el día anterior de llegada por WhatsApp), lugar privilegiado del apartamento justo en la Marina (un placer desayunar mirando los barcos), apartamento algo caluroso le falta aire acondicionado, tienen utensilios indispensables para cocinar, cuenta con lavadora, el soporte de la ducha le falta reforma, bien de espacio y confortable para disfrutar de la Marina y de la playa (5 minutos andando). Cuenta con aparcamiento propio, un lujo para la zona, que es de pago. Muy buena opción.

Espaço simpático, com vista para a Marina. Apartamento com um quarto, sala, wc e cozinha. Equipado com o necessario para, caso entendam, comer em "casa". Somos 4 e estivemos à vontade. Excelente localização. Atendimento 5 estrelas.

Chegámos ao apartamento e verificámos que todas as toalhas estavam sujas. Para além disso deixaram 2 toalhas sendo nós 3. Ligámos para a receção e surge a funcionária, que com toda a sua má educação insinua termos sido nós a roubar as toalhas! Para além disso as condições do apartamento eram terríveis, tomadas soltas, autoclismo partido, lavatório da cozinha todo sujo..recomendo que se mantenham afastados deste apartamento! We arrived at the apar**ent and found that all towels were dirty. In addition, they left 2 towels, and there were 3 of us. We called the reception and the employee appeared and with all her bad manners insinuated that we were the ones who stole the towels! In addition, the conditions of the apar**ent were terrible, loose plugs, broken toilet, dirty kitchen sink.. I recommend that you stay away from this apar**ent!

Apartamento muito agradavel, limpo aparentando ter sido remodelado recentemente. Vista priveligiada sobre a marina. Five Stars

Location second to none. From check in to check out everything was great.

Marina Plaza is the best location in Vilamoura. We had an out of hours check in and the communication was 1st class.

Great value for money with outstanding views across the marina

There was good and bad things about this hotel. Pros very big, great location and great communication from the agent. Cons very old and desperately needs a refurb. No air conditioning but fortunately it felt ok, very noisy as in the best marina area. No wifi and I never book a hotel without wifi but again I managed with my own data. No swimming pool again I would never book a hotel without one, luckily the beach was very close. I found various defects in the rooms, broken light switches and a knife rammed into the shower holder to keep it in place. The kitchen was adequate but only one gas ring actually worked. Overall it was ok but wouldn’t stay again as I felt it was old and needs a major refit.
