林恩賽米娜酒店(Seminarhotel Lihn)

We had a long drive behind us when arriving to this hotel around 22:00 in a Sunday evening. We knew it beforehand and called to the hotel so that the late check-in could be arranged. Everything went smoothly and we got our keycards from the restaurant in the hotel. The restaurant staff was also overly nice as we got late night snacks for a fee from the restaurant just before they closed. Our room was clean and with a good view down to the lake. Breakfast was good. Free parking spaces near the hotel was a great thing too. Only downside was the price tag, as it seems to be almost everywhere here in Switzerland.

Perfect place to stay if you want to be boiled alive. I never write negative reviews, but I will now. It was so hot in the room that it was impossible to sleep. no air conditioning, no fans, no ventilation, nothing. I sweat more lying still in bed here than I do on a 20km run. we tried to open the window to no avail other than to be eaten by mosquitoes. Mostly empty at the breakfast buffet before breakfast closed. Worst hotel experience I've had.

Une nuit sur trajet France Italie et ça nous a suffit! Lits peu confortables, chambre familiale peu adaptée (lumière automatique dans l’escalier désagréable la nuit) Petit déjeuner correct,par contre restaurant à éviter (très cher pour un buffet, avec tarifs non affichés et difficile à obtenir) A noter qu’il est annoncé que le français est parlé par le personnel, ce n’est pas le cas. La vue est très belle…

Araç ile şehir merkezinden Ulaşabileceğiniz dağın eteğinde bulunan çok şirin bir otel temizlik konusunda hiçbir sıkıntısı yok yataklar birazcık daha rahat olabilirdi sadece her katta ortak tuvalet ve banyolar var bizim için sorun olmadı tek gece kaldık kahvaltısı çok güzel akşam yemeğinde tavsiye ederim araç park sorunu yok kahvaltı ve akşam yemeği muhteşem dağ ve göl manzarasında yeniyor.

The property is in such a beautiful location. We stayed in the in family room. It was on 2 levels and so fun for our littld one!

Zimmergrösse top, tolle Matratze, kleiner Tisch, Lavabo im Zimmer. WC/Dusche im Gang (knapp 3m entfernt), sehr sauber. Frühstück ausreichen, mit traumhafter Ausssicht auf den Walensee. Leider keine Duschartikel. Aufmerksamkeit des Personals beim Frühstück eher gering. (okay, kognitiv etwas beeinträchtigte Menschen, aber genügend Betreuungspersonal vorhanden)

Joli hôtel, jolie vue, les gens de la réception très sympathique! Parcontre nous avons très mal dormi, le lit trop petit, le bureau collé au lit, pas idéal. Petit-déjeuner à éviter! Y’avait rien! Pas de croisant, pas de fruit! Ca m’a coûté cher le café!

Das Hotel liegt im Grünen, im Dorfteil Lihn. Es ist von der Bushaltestelle in ein paar Minuten sehr gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Von den Zimmern und vom Bistro und der Terrasse aus hat man einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den Walensee und das Churfirstengebirge. Filzbach ist ein unaufgeregter und daher sehr gemütlicher Ort zum Relaxen. Das Zimmer war gemütlich, mit super Blick auf den Walensee und die sanitären Einrichtungen sehr sauber. Sehr wohlgefühlt habe ich mich im Hotel auch aufgrund der herzlichen Aufmerksamkeit des Personals. Im Bistro kann man lecker essen, auch vegetarisch oder vegan. Das Dorf Filzbach ist sehr gut gelegen; als Startpunkt für schöne Wanderungen und man ist mit dem Bus auch schnell am Walensee unten, wo schöne Badeerlebnisse und weitere Wanderwege warten. Schnell erreicht man auch das Glarnerland, das nette Orte, viel Geschichte und tolle Sport- und Wandermöglichkeiten bietet. Die ruhige Energie des Hotels Lihn ist ideal, wenn man mal runterkommen muss oder sich eine Auszeit gönnen möchte. Sehr empfehlenswert!
