布克斯霍夫酒店(Hotel Buchserhof)

We spent one night at the hotel - suite #500. The apartment is very spacious with a full kitchen space, separate from the bedroom, which makes easy for guests that wants to cook and relax eating in the room. However, the morning we were living an unfortunate situation ruined our stay. A very bad leaking in the bathroom ceiling made our last hours at this hotel very uncomfortable. According to the maintenance person, someone in the apartment above our suite was showering and caused for the water leaking from the ceiling. No words or apologies from the front desk while we were checking out. We expected a better customer service after this, including for example an offer for a refund for the time we couldn’t use the room as expected, but it didn’t happen.

Hotel a 2 passi dalla stazione ferroviaria, personale cordiale, stanze comode, servizio di pulizia giornalieo puntuale e preciso, colazione internazionale gustosa. Le ragazze alla reception gentili e solari. Consiglio sia per viaggi di lavoro che per vacanza.

The hotel has an excellent location, delicious dining options, and friendly and approachable reception staff. SBB Buchs station is nearby, and even the station's shop is open on Sundays.

Wenn ich beruflich nach Grabs muss übernachte ich jedes Mal im Buchserhof. Das Hotel ist sehr schön, die Zimmer sehr sauber und die Lage wunderbar. Normalerweise esse ich immer außerhalb des Hotels wenn ich unterwegs bin, hier würde ich aber sehr empfehlen sich durch die Röstis zu probieren. Ich hätte mich reinlegen können!

Stayed two nights and no issues whatsoever. A short walk to the train station and close to downtown shops and Migros. Staff was friendly and rooms were clean. An overlooked perk is a breakfast included in the price. My room had double pane windows so I heard no outside noise. 5 Stars.

Very convenient for hiking, biking and inline skating routes. Close to Buchs SG train station with great transport connections.

Very clean and comfortable. Easy walk to train station. Lively night life. Easy to get bus into Lichtenstein
