聖日耳曼魁北克酒店(Hôtel le Germain Québec)

Le stationnement est très restreint, durant notre séjour l’ascenseur était en panne alors nous avons dû utiliser les escaliers qui sont malpropres et pas tellement sécuritaire avec tout notre bagage jusqu’au 7e étage. On ne pouvait même pas de rencontrer dans les marches tellement il sont étroites. La chambre par contre était très propre et il y avait plusieurs commodités.

Bel hotel mais chambres un peu sombre dans un vieil immeuble. très bonne localisation. Bon sejour mais il y a mieux pour moins cher dans les environs. Beaucoup de petites attention et personnel très gentil. Un peu de mise a jour de l'ameublement serait requis.

The staff at reception were excellent. The location was very good, but didn't justify the price. The room was poorly lit and had very limited storage for clothes and personal items. The breakfast was limited and very over-priced. Car parking should have been included in the room rate.

Location is great. Rooms are very comfortable…we had a river view. Staff was wonderful…Theo and Veronique in particular helped with a town overview and restaurant reservations. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else.

Found the perfect place! Had a European feel and the staff was attentive and amazing. Everything was spotless and the hotel itself was gorgeous. Stay here!

The property was beautiful and charming tucked into a lovely area in lower Quebec City. The city itself is so quaint and this property fits in perfectly. Each and every one of the staff was helpful and ready to assist with any request. One front desk staff member was exceptional in an area where we required special assistance. It helped make the trip relaxing and very enjoyable. I feel this hotel lives up to its many positive reviews!

We absolutely love this hotel. The staff is really nice and helpful. The rooms are very clean and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful with a French touch: croissants, rillettes, mimosas... Very conveniently located in Old Quebec near restaurants, shops and Chateau Frontenac. Every places are walkable.

Theo and the rest of the hotel staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were happy (calling restaurants that would except dogs) and even calling restaurants to see if they could make a particular French dessert. They made great recommendations for us and met our every need.
