Derick 很快就幫我們辦理入住。他耐心且專業地回答了我們所有的問題和疑慮。房間很乾淨。自助早餐很美味，連我的小孩都喜歡。負責自助餐的女士非常友善，也為我們提供了加高座椅。退房很順利，Lola 對孩子超級友善！強烈推薦。

On a passé un beau séjour. Nous étions au deuxième étage, chambre rénovée, bon confort. C’était calme. Bon déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix; œuf; saucisses; gaufres; fruits; céréales; yogourt. Juste un petit commentaire personnel, j’aime mieux une douche qu’un bain douche.

Nous avons signalé un problème avec notre lit à notre arrivée et la situation fut réglé rapidement. Nous avons été changé de chambre sans problème . Les lits étaient confortables, la chambre très propre. Le déjeuner inclus était vraiment bien et diversifié. Emplacement pratique à proximité de tout. Je recommande sans hésiter!

The toilet was broken in the first room. The phone didn’t work to call so I dialed from my cell phone. The front desk told me that they would have to switch my room. I’m assuming that there was no one to come and repair the toilet the second room was in the furthest possible horrible corner, it smelled the whole entire way walking there on the second floor. The room was nice but smelled really badly of mold. I had to go back downstairs and ask again for another room. The clerk seem to put out and the third room. I am in is OK. But getting here at cracked and peeling hallway walls, falling ceilings, and dirty carpet. Could not be blamed on Idalia. These situations have been in play for a lot longer than yesterdays hurricane.
