We loved our stay at the Tekapo Suite at Stay of Queenstown. The 2 bedroom unit has its own garden and incredible views from the living / dining room and the second smaller bedroom. I could have just sat and enjoyed the view for hours on end. It is nicely furnished with beautiful art and thoughtful amenities. We loved the breakfast provisions and treats that were left for us and generous servings of milk, butter, eggs and bacon. The bathroom, while tiny, was clean. The bedding is comfortable and sheets were crisp and pristine. It was also a very easy walk down the path from the car spot to the house, which was handy for my elderly parents and for transporting luggage. The apartment is a few minutes drive from the centre of Queenstown and it was nice to be a little bit away. We also used the washer and dryer while there and they are good quality appliances. Ingrid was a very available host and kept in touch while responding quickly to messages, which we appreciated especially when we were trying to track down a missing special item. Alas, that appears to now be somewhere in Queenstown! We also had a very minor issue with bugs flying in through the windows and landing in bedding but that was easily addressed. Overall, we had a fantastic stay. The complex of apartments is really well maintained and beautifully and thoughtfully put together. It felt like staying in your own, luxurious home. We hope to return soon.

Everything about this accommodation is top quality. The rooms are very clean with comfortable beds. Attention to detail is everywhere, from the kitchen equipment and excellent breakfast selection. The views from the rooms are sensational. Hosts are very welcoming. Cannot praise it enough. Highly recommended

Whilst doing our third self-drive of North & South Island my wife and I passed thro' Queenstown and were so very fortunate to be in the Routeburn Suite at Stay of Queenstown for several days. As soon as we arrived in the dedicated parking space it was clear that Stay was head and shoulders above the rest, our suite was a good size for two, was extremely clean and had sweeping views over Lake Wakatipu and mountains beyond. Ingrid and her colleagues are mindful of what makes for a really relaxing stay - a comfortable bed, a decent size bathroom with an excellent shower, a tremendous 'Welcome Pack' of breakfast goodies and plenty of hooks to hang things on (a detail which we find to be frequently missing). The centre of Queenstown is only a 10 minute walk away (be sure to book for dinner, restaurants are frequently full) and one is really spoilt for choice for driving routes, be sure to include the one hour drive to Paradise Trust just beyond Glenorchy and include a walk to Ben Lomond Saddle if your knees are up to it ! A fantastic stay with such beautiful views. I wish I could have spent more than 4 days there. Ingrid and the team were very easy to communicate with, and have created beautiful rooms, with such attention to detail. The bed and linen were so comfortable, and so appreciated after big days hiking! I was also impressed with the complementary breakfast food and some chocolate. It has everything you could need, including washing machine and detergent.

We have stayed at Stay several times now. We keep going back. Because it is special. It’s not just the amazing views, or the super comfy beds, or the fact we can park by our apt. It’s not even just the fact we have a special place for our bikes to be locked away away, or the fact it’s a quick walk to the town centre. Nor the cosy gas fire with the comfiest of couches with cuddle rugs. But it is the fact that we are spoilt when we go to Stay. The breakfast provisions which greet us when we arrive are amazing. As are the healthy but delicious treats that keep arriving. And Ingrid is the hostess with the mostest. We just keep going back!

This was by far the best equipped and catered Air BNB I have stayed in. Ingrid and her staff were wonderful so helpful and caring. They tidied up and made the bed every day and restocked the fridge and bread and bakery items and fruit everyday. Ingrid was very kind and stored our luggage for a week whilst we were away. After a month on the road, varying from hostels to motels to hotels, Stay of Queenstown was hands down my favourite stay! The complimentary food in the kitchen was exceptional and I took full advantage! They had information in the room for Indulge mobile massage and I highly recommend booking in when you stay. Owners and staff were all friendly and lovely, the suite was immaculate, all amenities as promised and more. I have to admit, I saw less of the Queenstown area than I intended because it was so nice to stay somewhere I felt truly “at home” for the first time in ages. Many compliments, highly recommend.

Stayed here for 5 nights, the apartment is very well located with mountain and lake views, and also a 10 minute walk to the town. The apartment was stocked with fresh fruit, breakfast supplies and replenished everyday, which was a really considerate and nice touch. The gardens in the property and barbecue area are beautifully designed, which gave the property a cosy feel. The apartment is extremely comfortable. Ingrid and her team are lovely and friendly, we highly recommend Stays of Queenstown and would definitely stay here again on our next trip back to Queenstown.
