Perfectly situated in the heart of town, this location offers unparalleled access to local attractions. However, the room's cleanliness falls short, with the en-suite requiring attention and a blocked floor drain in the bathroom hindering comfort. A mixed experience in an otherwise prime location.

旅館如其名，位置好、周圍卻又沒有酒吧、不至於大晚上仍吵鬧。廚房可以看到湖景。預訂的四人間，有獨立的衞浴。雖是上下鋪，但下鋪很寬敞，算1.5個單人床了。價格是37紐幣/床位。

Amazing location, clean and comfortable rooms (we stayed in the family en suite room), good clean kitchen with good facilities and clean crockery. The staff were helpful and friendly. Our kids loved the lounge area. Parking was a bit stressful. When you first arrive it feels like you are driving down a pedestrian street and can only park outside for five minutes which made the arrival a bit stressful - we dropped the bags and then had to go and find free street parking elsewhere. Once we were used to that system it was fine.

Great place to stay in the centre of Queenstown for 8 nights. We booked out the whole room as did another family member. Has a laundry attached, and a lift that’s turned off from 10 pm till 9 am each nite, but the hostel kept it running at night for a family member who had got out of hospital that morning and had to use a walker. Staff at reception very helpful. The cleaning staff kept the wet areas cleaned. Handy to everything. Kitchen in tip top order, although more signs are needed to explain about it being each persons responsibility to clean up after themselves.

Good location. There was not much privacy in the room because there was a curtain only on one side of the bed(mixed dorm) and the bed was very uncomfortable. Also had to listen to people showering upstairs and sleep next to the heater so didn’t get sleep almost at all. I booked for 5 nights but left after first one, I would not stay again.

To my surprise I found that the beds were very comfortable

I couldn't fault Absoloot. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Queenstown. Room was large enough, beds comfortable and bathrooms/toilets clean. The breakfast room/kitchen is open and airy. Ideal scenery over a slow breakfast. The lounge room was filled with bean bags, books and a large TV screen. I slept there on my last night after putting up with two nights sharing my room with a loud snorer.

Absolootly amazing hostel! The staff are incredible and the hostel itself is perfect, great kitchen and private beds with the curtains, the lounge is perfect for a chilled one and they have movie nights too which is cool. Looking forward to staying again!
