Nice location. Hotel rooms are too big and marvelous. Service provided by the manager was too good. There is lots of variety in the food. I would highly recommend this place to everyone

I visited the I love bell bottoms hotel, the rooms were very nice, I played 8 ball pool there, i went swimming, food was very delicious 😋. I met Mr. Dakesh Manager, his nature is very helpful.

Best experience with the sand-oz team. They are too good in hospitality service provided by the management was excellent. Manager was so polite and friendly. In goa only this place was best for the food. Had really enjoyed the food a lot. Their rooms were too big and comfortable. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

We were a group of 28 friends, we got a good deal directly from the hotel considering it was off season. The rooms are decent size and very colorful, the hotel on a whole is also very colorful. The pool area is very beautiful. Its a small boutique hotel where they pay attention to all your needs. The hotel is very centrally located and very close to all the happening places in Anjuna. The GM Mr. Akash went out of his way and arranged everything for us. We had an amazing pool party with sheesha, DJ and Bar tender all arranged by Mr. Akash. The food at the restaurant is also very good. Would definitely love to come back.

Ambience, decor, rooms are beautiful, but there is no cleanliness. Also, the service and management is poor. Our bathroom was stinking, we had to call multiple times to get it cleaned. Also, the towels had red lipstick stains. We also spotted mold in the blinds. While having dinner at their sand-oz cafe, we had to wait for 15 mins just to get the drinks we ordered. They took 20 mins for preparing food and served us chicken nachos when we had order veg nachos. We had availed happy hours coupon from mm t and we were eligible for 1+1 on the drinks, we had to explain it multiple times to servers and waiters. It took 2 full hours for us to have dinner and we were bored of the service. Also, they did not apply 10% discount on the final bill which we were eligible for. We had to tell them multiple times these thins. The food was decent, but the servers needs to be trained better. They did not understand our language and we confused ignorant. We tried communicating in hindi, marathi and english. We are unsure which other language to be used for communication in tourist place like goa. We also had issues with the flush and had to call multiple times but no one attended us. Overall, they need to look out for small things and maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the hotel.

The rooms looked beautiful. The hotel is located near good cafés like titlees and Vagator beach. It was budget friendly too. They also allowed us to check out late (this is dependent on room’s availability) at additional costs. The few things I didn’t like much was that the pool was not very deep and they have limited options in entertainment area, no spa in hotel.
