Ambience, decor, rooms are beautiful, but there is no cleanliness. Also, the service and management is poor. Our bathroom was stinking, we had to call multiple times to get it cleaned. Also, the towels had red lipstick stains. We also spotted mold in the blinds. While having dinner at their sand-oz cafe, we had to wait for 15 mins just to get the drinks we ordered. They took 20 mins for preparing food and served us chicken nachos when we had order veg nachos. We had availed happy hours coupon from mm t and we were eligible for 1+1 on the drinks, we had to explain it multiple times to servers and waiters. It took 2 full hours for us to have dinner and we were bored of the service. Also, they did not apply 10% discount on the final bill which we were eligible for. We had to tell them multiple times these thins. The food was decent, but the servers needs to be trained better. They did not understand our language and we confused ignorant. We tried communicating in hindi, marathi and english. We are unsure which other language to be used for communication in tourist place like goa. We also had issues with the flush and had to call multiple times but no one attended us. Overall, they need to look out for small things and maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the hotel.
