Good place for a family staycation, the pool is clean and convenient for everyone. All staff are very nice and friendly.

The staff was very accommodating, the rooms were great, food was great also, thumbs up for the function hall with great tv projector and great audio.

From the moment I stepped into the aesthetic lobby, I knew my stay at this exceptional hotel was going to be nothing short of wonderful. The luxuriously appointed room exceeded all of my expectations, providing the perfect retreat after a day of exploring the vibrant city. The attentive and courteous staff went above and beyond to ensure my every need was met, making this one of the most delightful hotel experiences I have ever had.

Citadines Roces Quezon City was on the top of the list of our best stay experiences ever! Front desk staff were extremely hospitable. Would like to mention Anna, Vanie, Krystle and Miguel of front desk for being so helpful during our stay. Vincent and Vinn in the pool area were also accomodating of our needs. Even their manager, Ms. Manpreet is very approachable and considerate. From the moment we enter the property and during our check-out, the security guards were very welcoming. Would like to mention Sir Norman, Sir Jeff and Sir Remie for happily assisting us. The food during breakfast was fantastic, there are lots of choices! Kudos to ALL the restaurant staff and housekeeping staff, they were very attentive to our needs. Will definitely recommend this to our family and friends. Thank you for your warm service and make it feels like HOME❤️
