Casa Gangotena es un fiel reflejo de lo bien que se pueden hacer las cosas hospitalariamente hablando. Un servicio que refleja excelencia, detalle, empatía y ante todo, el sentido humano. Sumemos a esto la calidad del restaurante y el producto que despachan a mesa. El conjunto perfecto, que permite que, más que un bocado, te lleves una experiencia.

El mejor servicio que se puede encontrar en el Ecuador. Este restaurante llogra llevar a lo más alto la gastronomía ecuatoriana. Por otro lado, La arquitectura del hotel te teletransporta a la época colonial. Al visitar este lugar puedes respirar la gran cultura del centro histórico.

On est venu ici boire un cocktail et profiter de la magnifique vue. Le bar a une terrasse en rooftop au dessus de la place. L'hotel est chic, on s'y sent bien, tout est bien entretenu. Le personnel était professionnel et agréable. On s'est régalé avec les cocktails, ils étaient délicieux!

Un comentario quedaría corto por el servicio y la calidad y me parece de lo mejor, al ser uno de los mejores hoteles y con su variado menú en su restaurante me parece súper genial y es de mi agrado calificarlo así. Felicidades sigan adelante con tan magnífico trabajo.

Overall a nice experience. Checkin was a bit difficult and cumbersome, as the guy checking us in was not responsive to our needs and questions. He kept pushing the standard lenghty speech to us despite we were with altitude sickness. However after this we had a very nice stay with very friendly staff and good food. The hotel is beautiful both inside and outside - and it is very centrally placed.

Great location, friendly staff, excellent restaurant, with a large clean room. The hotel is right in the center of Quito and short distances to tourist sites. Suggestion to take it slow due to the altitude. Hotel was very quiet even though it's in a busy section. All linens and towels were good quality.

Spectacular! The view from our room, over the beautiful church and plaza of San Francisco, was breathtaking. This hotel is beautifully laid out and decorated to preserve the elegance of the original mansion. Every space is gorgeous and our guest room was amazing. The staff were friendly, accommodating and professional. This is a perfect location to begin your exploration of Quito.

Beautiful hotel located right on the historic square. Converted mansion with incredible views. Definitely get a terrace room! Has an amazing view of the Virgin of Quito. Concierge does nightly activities. Food at the in house restaurant is outstanding!
