帕拉佐比福勒酒店(Palazzo Bifora)

Stavamo cercando un posto per ripararci dal freddo e dal vento per un piccolo break di pranzo veloce. Abbiamo trovato una struttura bellissima che si è rivelata per come è appena siamo entrati. Il sig Ferrando Borg, general manager del hotel, ci ha subito accolto prodigandosi per trovarci un posto al tavolo. Senza prenotazione abbiamo avuto a disposizione un tavolo al primo piano con vista su un giardino interno. Servizio curato e veloce, cibo squisito (in particolare i dolci fatti in casa sono veramente notevoli). Prezzo più che corretto per questa bellissima struttura che ho provato solo per la parte ristorazione. Mi piacerebbe usare anche il servizio alberghiero. Bravi!

Nous avons juste consommé en roof top : service excellent, produits de qualité et vue relaxante à souhait. Bref, un très bon moment. Les plus : la vue, le service, les commodités, le bâtiment d'époque. Les moins : des tarifs supérieurs aux standards Maltais.

No llega a 5 estrellas. Suite Aragona de dos pisos. Cama còmoda. Baño completo, (las mejores amenities que he visto nunca) però sin ducha (que en la descripcion ya pone que solo hay bañera), però no quita que una habitacion d esta categoria y habiendo sitio, tenga ducha a pie plano. Càpsulas y leche d cortesia diàrios junto con agua. Nevera que cumple. Piscina en azotea solo para remoj**** no para nadar (una alberca que dicen). Personal muy amable y cumplidor. Desayuno bien, però a mejorar con ese lujo que ofrecen no pueden dar zumos que no son naturales, incluso tendrian que tener vino incluido en el desayuno. Aire acondicionado a mejorar en direccionar, ya que en esta època es impossible estar sin el y es molestoso en la cama. Restaurante La Lumiere d categoria, precio Caro però carta de vinos muy correcta en relacion Calidad-precio.

Palazzo Bifora is a beautifully restored little hotel. Rooms are beautiful and tastefully decorated although tiny. Owner Omar is most accommodating and helpful! The ONLY place for improvement is breakfast. Although it is plentiful, there could have been more choices. Because you had to make your choice the night before, we felt the breakfast was prepped the night before (like the cut fruit) and things were not fresh. Eggs were cold. Rather than offering a dessert, maybe offer greater pastry choices and have these buffet style so guests can grab what they want. Also, there could have been slightly better housekeeping. Upon arrival, our floors had fuzz everywhere which required better vacuuming.

L’hôtel est une ancienne maison familiale rénovée récemment. Nous avons été magnifiquement accueilli par les propriétaires. et l’équipe. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux, la déco est raffinée et garde tout le charme de la bâtisse qui nous permet d’être totalement immergé dans cette magnifique ville. Pour les personnes qui veulent être loin des gros hôtels touristiques, cette adresse est celle où il faut aller. Merci :-)

Kleine kamer, maar tiptop in orde. Keuken lekker en verfijnd met extreem vriendelijke bediening in het restaurant Klein zwembad op een leuk dakterras. Het water was er wel (nog) koud. Een aanrader om de drukte even te ontvluchten en je in de Middeleeuwen te wanen. De avond en nacht was het er stil en verlaten...... Pure rust

Music often moves me; not many buildings do! The air, the space, the antiquity, the attention to detail here, all gave me a lump in my throat. Standing in the elegant reception area, I noted every single person who came in scanned the room and mouthed “Lovely!” Staff and… Well, everything is immaculate. Do visit, even just for coffee. You’ll end up wanting to stay here.

Fantastic rooftop restaurant with amazing views. Beautiful vista but also incredible building with real attention to detail. Delicious food & drinks. Very accommodating friendly staff. A real gem we were glad to find & good vegetarian options.

If you want a place to eat away from the madding crowd, look no further. This beautiful hotel has a tranquil courtyard and roof top restaurant. Lovely place for breakfast or lunch. Food excellent and staff really friendly. Would love to stay at the hotel next time as it looks wonderful.
